   Ordered some materials today for a garden project delivery was tomorrow. Had a phone call to say they could deliver today, lady turned up in lorry with HiAb and off loaded . Between the chap in the yard and the chap who dealt with us in the office and the lady lorry driver you couldn't wish for a better service. All we're helpful and cheerful, would certainly recommend using this company.

   Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Service very efficient. We ordered some breeze blocks for our garden and the staff arranged the amount we needed and delivered to the house. The delivery driver was professional and considerate, making sure he placed the blocks to make moving them into the garden easier. We have been very pleased with the service we have received and will definitely use again.

   I ordered some materials just before lock down came into effect I rang the branch to see what was going to happen to my delivery I was told they would ring me to clarify the situation. Never heard anything could not contact the branch no answer on any phone, eventually my delivery came from Bristol ten weeks later with an item missing. This missing item took a further 2 weeks to get which required me going to pick it up when I paid a delivery charge. Poor customer service poor communication will not be using again.

   Website says open,drove down closed. Surely the manager knows how to use a computer. Always were every one's last choice of suppliers, nothing changed there then.
