   The shop in Cardiff was very helpful but would not take payment over phone so called the main off who also would not take payment It had to be through the rep I did say we were driving to the shop as we had a delivery in Cardiff The rep has never called luckily we have taken cash This is why we buy other companies kit Hilti is very poor service 11.11.25

   Hilti is the best tool out there and the batteries last longer than any of its contemporaries , aftercare is good too , they are a bit dearer but worth every single penny .

   Great tools but my aren't they expensive. Bought two boxes of nails and 3 cartridges for a nail gun and they charged my wife £255.00. I think they saw her coming.

   Terrible. A total waste of time.!!. Demo tool had parts missing (the staff didn't even know) i was told by the staff the difference between two jigsaws was one cuts upside down..!!. On the missing parts was told it was lent out and must have been handled roughly to break it..!!. Then that the was no box to put the jigsaw in, and offered a bag 5times the size of the tool.. Oh and i had to pay for it..!!. I walked out horrorfied and in disbelief..!!!..
