   What complete contempt this store has for its customers. Shopped at 10pm (open until midnight) and couldn't access products and whole aisles due to the restocking going on. Got a bit sick of constantly having to say excuse me to the staff, well, at least to the ones that paid us any attention. I'm glad my cloak of invisibility had a decent signal there.

   Heating always so high you can smell the dust burning. Music so loud you can't even have a conversation with who you're stood by. Staff are actually incompetent. Whole shop needs renovating & staff training. Not to mention the flooded part on the walkway by the petrol station. Council said it's YOUR problem to fix but it's not been touched in the 20 years I've lived here. Avoid if you can.

   Understaffed and overworked. I come here to shop most Sundays and always use the self service check out. Each week it’s extremely busy and there only seems to be one person on them. Twice now I’ve seen the same girl working almost be in tears due to the verbal abuse she gets from customers, it seriously needs to be looked into. I’m also confused as to why there’s only one member of staff on such a busy day. Regardless to the abuse she receives she is still lovely and polite to everyone she has to help, it’s a shame seeing this be overlooked - no other member of staff even thought to step in and help her out. More staff is needed or better management.

   Went shopping at tesco in warwick on Sunday the 4th of Dec 2022 and was appalled by the attitude of the staff the checkout queues were horrendous and after being told for the 3rd time when I got to the conveyor belt at the tilll that the checkout was closing by the member of staff stood watching tills when she wasn't sorting her own shopping so I asked how was I supposed to buy my shopping after standing in 3 separate queues and they close the check out at 3.35pm so I voted with my feet and abandoned my trolley and left the store fuming the store assistant I spoke with said I know our service is dreadful and just smirked I will be going back to Lidl and aldi and basically any other supermarket apart from tesco this store needs a shake up and need to start delivering good old fashioned customer service

   Sandra (personal shopper) on Monday 28 Nov 2022 went above and beyond helping me find dry semolina. Even though she was busy personal shopping she came and found me when the item was located. Super friendly lady would make me want to return to store. She stands out and deserves a congratulatory mention! Thank you Sandra.

   Store itself is fine. No one answers the phone; it just throws you into an automated system where you get hung up on no matter what you choose. When did this become acceptable?

   Great place to shop. But how I wish customers would not open fragranced products such as fabric softener, sniff it, offer it to others to sniff and then replace the product to take one they had not sniffed! Unhygienic and not customer friendly especially while we are still trying to get rid of the COVID virus. Totally unacceptable behaviour, thoughtless and careless.

   Extremely rude member of staff! Older lady with black hair no name badge! Glared at me whilst I was choosing my laundry conditioner. I sniffed the lid and reached for a bottle from the back of the shelf when she questioned why I had just done that. She then proceeded to tell me that it was unhygienic and her words ‘we get customers we deserve in here’. This lady completely ruined my visit to this store! She made me feel that I wasn’t worthy of shopping there. I spoke with another member of staff to raise my grievance when the same lady came round the corner. I asked her what did you mean ‘we get customers we deserve in here’ she stood shoulder to shoulder with me and said I said what I meant. I questioned are you saying I don’t deserve to be here and she replied that’s not what I said and she walked off. During this time the other member of staff was standing and saw this happen. I was appalled at being spoken to like that and never in my life have I dealt with someone so rude! Whilst I had a terrible experience I must praise the three young ladies that I spoke with who were empathetic to my issues and assured me they would inform management.
