This hotel is five star plus everything about the hotel is great, the decor is bright cheerfull warm and welcoming. The public areas are spacious super clean and comfortable you can relax in stylish modern surroundings. My only concern as a fist time visitor to bradford on route to another destination was the lack of knowledge of a member of staff to help me with answes to my questions about how to get to the local interchange train station and bus depot all of which apparently are very close by this was on check in teatime on the opposite scale of knowledge at breakfast another member of staff told me everything I needed to know so I think if these amenities are near to the hotel the staff should be able to advise guests on details or at least ask some one else to help maybe make a list to keep on reception of guest questions how to get to train station etc bus depot even bus stops sounds simple but as a guest I did not know I ended up getting a taxi which was maybe an expense I did not need

Glad to read the reviews now as you can't help but take the rude staffs attitude personally, however it appears this is common practice at this hotel. We were horrified by how we were spoken to by the female staff on reception. In hindsight I wish we'd asked for a manager. We didn't expect an upmarket experience given the price and location, the hotel's a budget place through and through. It would have been far more palatable though had the staff been pleasant, the issue obviously lies with them as people. Unpleasant time for all of us sadly.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room I received was completely different from the one I originally booked. When I raised the complaint and informed the staff that “this is not the room I booked,” their response was extremely unprofessional. Staff said I booked through a third-party platform, so the hotel is not responsible, and I should contact the third party myself. Alternatively, they said that if I pay extra charges, only then they would change my room to the correct one. This attitude is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff shifted the responsibility onto the customer and try to charge extra money. Such behavior reflects very poor customer service and management. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, as they fail to provide what they promise and do not value their guests’ comfort or concerns.

Overall, it’s a good hotel that provides the basic requirements, and we stay here regularly. We checked in on Monday the 27th, and the receptionist was friendly and informative. However, we were told at check-in that breakfast would be served until 9:30 a.m., but there would be no eggs the next morning due to a missed delivery — which really isn’t acceptable for a hotel of this standard. We also had an issue with the tap in our room, which was making horrendous noises and barely producing any warm water. In addition, there was no toilet roll holder, and when I mentioned it to reception, I was simply told that “some rooms don’t have one.” Both issues were reported to maintenance and were eventually fixed on Wednesday the 29th. While I appreciate that the problems were resolved, these are things that should be checked before guests arrive. Regular room checks would make a big difference to the overall experience. Naheed

I have stopped here multiple times for work. The hotel is tidy enough and can sometimes be busy. The staff are great, check in easy and nothing is too much bother. Breakfast is always hot and fresh and plenty of it. Jayne oversees Breakfast and she does a great job, always smiling and happy to help! Location is also good with plenty of cheap parking nearby.

Rooms are the average holiday inn express, I felt the hotel could do with a good clean up inside and outside. The breakfast plates and cups where dirty on a regular basis, there was no inspection done after washing the dishes this seriously needs to be attended to. However apart from the hotel it's in a great location very close to malls and shops and train stations

Room was too hot, no ac or fan, window barely opened and it smelled of takeaway from a previous guest. Breakfast is pretty dire but serves a purpose and comes with the room, it’s a buffet of Luke warm beans, dry scrambled eggs and bacon and something pretending to be a sausage. There’s some other continental bits, pastry, yogurt, cereals etc which are fine. The area is Bradford city Center, proceed at caution, conveniently there’s a Nando’s and Pizza Hut right outside and plenty of delivery options locally. The parking is a multi-storey opposite at £4 per day. Staff were all very nice here. If you have other options I don’t recommend this place.

It's cheap for a reason, it's very dated hotel and no .a.c. just a fan and electrical heater. The bathroom is a decent size. The beds are ok. The location is spot on central to most places from shops to restaurants. Parking is a scam if you leave the car park and come back you get charged £.3.60 each time. Better of plan a head of where you gonna eat and so on and save on parking fees. Or park behind the premier Inn where is £5 all day leave as much as want. Rooms are clean but dated carpets so slippers
