   ( AVOID AVOID AVOID ) I travelled for four hours from London to Bradford alongside with my family and children’s as I have had three days off work and wanted to give sometime to my children’s and wife while I am off work. I have been planning the trip for two days with my other half, We found manhattan luxury suites on booking.com the PHOTOS were great the LOCATION was great in city center ideal for me and kids to go around and shops. After visiting the apartments there were nobody at the door to o let me and my family in I was just expecting someone or a RECEPTION OR A COUNTER, I have had to call someone to let me in, then I had to access keys through someone else for the apartment I booked on booking.com which took at least 25 minutes. After getting the keys and I finally started walking to my apartment as I was walking there was strong smell of CANNABIS, I walked in the apartment thinking the smell is only outside but the apartment smelt even stronger inside also I found some cannabis on the side table next to the bed, It was so strong that I could not breath and my children’s, I quickly left the apartment and asked the person who let us in to put a complaint, He would not take my complaint or refund me, and he hang the phone on me very rudely and asked me to LEAVE IF YOU DONT LIKE THE SMELL. While I was on the phone to this gent I could hear children’s noise in the background, so I asked would you put the your kids here ? He hang up and left me there. Disgusting behaviour and disgusting place, please guys the reviews you are looking at manhattan luxury suites are FAKE. Stay away from this place pay a lil more extra but take your kids and family somewhere safe, don’t go through what I went through. I will be contacting the police and taking this matter to court.

   Not like the pictures at all! WOW is all I can say, the picture is a lie! On entering the apartment you nearly get knocked out by the WiFi box which is located above the door, then you get the aroma of smoke gushing through your nostrils and holes in floor and wall like a scene out of the hostel. Then to make things better the television in the bedroom would not connect to the WiFi! After numerous calls backs and forth to the man whose number was given who instructed me to go buy data from a phone shop to get the television to work!! Like are you for real? Paid £110 for this room and never been so disappointed in my life.

Couldn’t have asked for anything more, there was snacks ready for us on the table when we entered.The place is very luxurious and comfy.On top of that the customer service was impeccable and the host was very helpful, definitely one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in Bradford and will be booking again.
