   Comfy beds and safer than I thought. If you have lived in Uni dorms before then you’ll be fine. Good communication from the staff via WhatsApp. As a solo female traveler I was worried about sharing an apartment. BUT there was cctv in the hallway of the apartments and in the stairwell. Nice to have a physical key for the bedroom. Nice to find a large fan in the room. I would stay again if I needed a cheap place to stay. - Only downsides the wet room didn’t fully drain so there was always water around the loo. The toiletries provided was only body wash so I had to borrow shampoo from a family member. The area the hotel in is a bit sketchy, so I used Uber to get to the train station to keep myself safe at night.

   Good budget friendly place. Was clean and even had communal kitchen which was a little bonus. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was it got really loud during night by other residents.

   Decent enough bed, and good steady shower (both pressure and temperature). Other than that, you get what you (low) pay, which means, dubiously "clean" white towels (all 3 I got had some sort of stains, either pinkish or brownish), no place to put any luggage on (I had to use a part of the bed for that), nor anything else to hold any toiletry, other than hand towels, in the WC, which is a all-in-one plastic compartment, nor to work on a laptop (no table/counter nor chair). Pretty smelly corridor (from kitchen/meals preparation). Otherwise, the room temperature was good, with 8'C outside. Avoid staying more than 1-2 nights.

   Very serviceable accommodation. Just right if you're looking for an affordable place to stay in Bradford and don't think luxury is necessary. Room was clean and comfortable. Less than 10 minute walk to city centre.

   Stayed here over bank holiday weekend. Parking limited but with it being weekend we managed to find on the road. Rooms were as advertised on the website. It was hot in one of the rooms but there were fans provided so no issue with this. The kitchen had food already in the fridge so we just avoided this and left assuming it had been somebody from previous stay. We were provided with samples of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel and towels along with tea/coffee/milk pods. With it being student accommodation and us being a family would’ve been nice if there was a lounge for us to all sit but it’s student accommodation not a house so we were aware of this. For the price we paid, it was expected. Would recommend to those looking for short stay as it was in city centre so everything close by!

   Good: cheap Bad: extremelly uncomfortable mattress, noisy, rooms look clean but duvets under cover full of stains, odours in pipes and blocked pipes.

   Unfortunately my room smelt like a teenager and my bathroom was infested with cockroaches. Yes cockroaches in the uk! Upon complaint they “cleaned” my room. This involved a quick spray as the offending visitors were legs up and still when I returned. I was moved to another room, pleasant but a housemate told me to keep the kitchen window closed to deter rats! No joke.

   Had a very pleasant stay. We booked 25 rooms for all our wedding guests. Check in was very smooth. Rooms were very clean and all the facilities were great.
