   Booked the top apartment, got double-confirmed, thought everything was fine. Instead, they ignored my messages, spammed me 3 times a day with “party packages,” and at check-in tried to hand me a cheap-basement apartment like I wouldn’t notice. If bait-and-switch with a side of spam is your idea of hospitality, this is the place for you.

   This was booked late for me in the evening. The place is located centrally. The room at first glance look amazing but closer inspection there was hairs on the sheets pillows were worn dust around the room. The toilet did not flush. Remotes did not have batteries. The towels were ripped for the amount of money per day and for what you get is a substandard. Would not recommend this place. You can not people to pay for a low quality service.

   Absolutely shocking communication with staff as the room we booked wasn’t even the room we got!!! So when we got there thinking it’s the room we’ve booked and I was speaking to them prior to this nearly everyday to make sure everything was in place and set for us when we got there it was a totally different room altogether including a broken bed, a slant tv, old crusty decor bedside tables were broke jacuzzi was blocked the toilet button was jammed and hard to flush it was a shambles truly disappointed me and my partner, wouldn’t recommend staying here as it was a waste of money and time. They could have told us before that they changed our room as I was messaging them everyday to make sure everything was perfect for the night but it was far from it. Very very disappointing and disgraceful.

   So was very excited to stay here for NYE because the room we booked looked amazing! Having been in contact with the owners/staff through the week prior to our stay - everything was as it should be (so they said) We arrived to a room we hadn’t even booked, and not got told this at all, we only found this out when we walked through the door. We had to then message the owner to find out why we had been put in a completely different room only for them to tell us they were having electrical issues in the room we had originally booked! - which we totally get but why not let us know prior to our stay when we had been messaging. We would/could have booked somewhere else..sounds like money greedy to me. - the bed was broke - the batteries in the remotes did not work - the led lights you couldn’t change in the bedroom - the toilet flusher didn’t even work you had to use force to get it to work Put a downer on the whole night! Very disappointed! We had no other choice but to stick with this room as nowhere else could accommodate us at such short notice on New Year’s Eve otherwise we would NOT of stayed here. Went to sleep only to be woken up at 3.30am to an alarm going off so then again..had to contact the owners and they had to reset it. The following morning we we’re ready to leave to of met with the owner outside, we voiced to him why we was so disappointed and got told “well at least we accommodated you” - NOT GOOD ENOUGH! absolutely shocking to treat the people who stay in your apartments like that and think it’s ok. Will not be staying here again. *they did knock money off the price* BUT STILL! NOT GOOD ENOUGH - I wouldn’t recommend to anybody! DISGRACEFUL!

   Stunning apartments, stayed in 2 different ones now and both were very modern but cozy at the same time. Absolutely amazing service, the team guided us through our stay and we’re on call whenever we had any queries. Would highly recommend, definitely the best in the Yorkshire area, we’ve sent a lot of our clients to these guys too and they never fail to deliver the highest standard. 10/10.

   ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE, I got into Bradford on a last minute service job. Needed a place to stay as it was 10pm. I seen opulence apartments on Google decided to give them a call. The owner came out within 15 mintues before my arrival and waited for me while I parked up my van. Helped me take my bags inside and showed me around. Lovely apartments , outstanding service. And would certainly book again
