I just want to say a big thank you to Rhys at Topps Tiles in Barry for his outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I wasn’t quite sure what I needed, but Rhys took the time to explain all the options clearly, offering expert advice without any pressure. He really knows his stuff and helped me find exactly what I was looking for – and even better, he made sure I got the best possible deal. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Just wow. In a bad way. These guys have tried to be helpful but have ended up delaying my job by at least 4 days. Staff Told my client that they would deliver for free as we spent over £1000 . So I waited for the delivery day which then just didn't happen and I had to go and get the tiles myself. Twice as they didn't have all stock in store. Then I went to get tile trims and was told they only had two and none were coming on the next delivery as someone hadn't ordered them for the delivery that was to arrive the next day but instead would be over a week. My client has just gone and got me one more box of tiles from there and when she she got back I noticed straight away that they have been resealed with celotape and to no suprise, the first one I pull out is broken. Seriously poor. That is laziness on the staffs account for not checking returned boxes before they re-sell them . I Will try to avoid going back to Topps tiles in Barry ever again and will be advising customers to avoid it also .
I have been using Tops tiles as a business for over 3 years. As a business we do a lot of bathrooms, I send all my customers down to Topps Tiles and ever time they are extremely happy and always say how helpful the staff are.
