    Worst experience. I was waited long; seated for a long time and no one asked if it was takeaway or eat-in. I placed my order at the till and waited at the table. After 30 minutes, when I asked about my order, staff member Kinjal was very rude, saying in front of everyone that my order was takeaway and I wasn’t allowed to sit and eat. Coming from London, No one did not expect this.

    Staff member had me waiting whilst he chatted to his mates loitering in the shop, didn’t even acknowledge me, even though I was the only customer. When he finally got round to serving me he had absolutely no manners. Will never shop here again. I was minded to just walk out without buying a drink. This is Britain, we greet people and say please and thank you. Learn some manners.

    The staff prepared sweet pan long back and i asked him to prepare fresh sweet pan for me.. he still provided me the old pan. If you can see the image below, you can clearly understand it was prepared long before.. the taste was different and felt weird.. i wont recommend anyone to try pan here. The only authentic pan would be always good when it is prepared fresh. Worst shop to try pan!

    Highly Recommended This store opens around 5:30 or 6 in the morning, I think this is the only store in Melton Road to open that early. my parents coming from India early morning and I was looking for a milk, all local store was closed but Luckily Regal store was open Thanks to Regal staff they are very friendly and provide amazing service whenever I visit there.
