   Bought avocado and they were all rotten, I went back to the shop showed the manger a photo but he stated I needed to bring the rotten fruit in to get a replacement. Obviously I have already binned them. Very poor customer service especially considering the amount of money I spend at this particular store

   Self checkout machine crashes 4 times while trying to use it and you have to wait for a staff member to come and sort it out each time. Plus the Pizza is horrible.

   My five star review is for the security guard who saved a child that had escaped his mum in a busy environment. The child had some how ran into the street near the busy road with strangers passing by and with the security's quick thinking he quite possibly saved this child's life and reunited him with his mother. This review is not to shame any parent or child but to highlight the individual who went above and beyond for his job role today.

   Don't think that this place is gonna save you. Money might have been recognised as being a cheapest supermarket, but everybody. So there is no supermarket that is cheap anymore.

   Wanted to check out the middle aisle Special Buys, which was a bit more complicated than expected due to how busy the store was and there being pallets in the aisle ready for restocking. Really though those are minor detractions from the value offered. Having entered in curiosity I left with two full bags of groceries and home ware. Checkout staff were friendly but ferociously fast, creating a new challenge of speed bagging.
