   Good local supermarket, lovely staff. A little bit hit and miss, mix and match with no Nisa label anything but some coop items. Not as cheap for some things maybe somewhere to do your main shop at perhaps, but currently (February 2025) they have 20% off everything in store until they close for a long overdue refurbishment so well worth looking at at the moment. Staff are always lovely and patient. Also fully accessible for wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

   Re Review from Alan 2 days ago, this would now appear to be incorrect and they are unable to sort your parking charge out for a £10 admin fee as stated. The sign outside says if you receive one, please see our staff, but they said they no longer could. No Manager available - until Monday!! Its a shame stores cannot manage their own facilities and have to bring in outside companies who are only there to make money helped by small signs and payment by phone. Lets hope you can get a good signal! Personally never been successful with this so always park elsewhere.

   Small convenience store. Nice staff, good selection. Watch the car park charges. Parkingeye are trigger happy, and have deactivated the paybyphone during the day, so you have to go inside. If you do get a ticket, it's possible to get it cancelled in the store with a £10 admin fee, rather than the £60-£100 charge.

   Parked car in car park at back of shop while I did some shopping in store today had 60 fine for using car park was parked for 53 mins didn't see any signs to say you had to pay to park there.

   This rating isn't a review of the actual shop but it is to make everyone aware...Nisa have now got parking eye to monitor the car park at the Westmead centre.. I took my son for a hair cut and parked in the car park as usual, waited for my sons haircut for an hour and ended up being charged £60. Expensive haircut.

   Discusting services today never met such a rude person who was supposed to be helping customers,she was more interested in her phone,she was trying to speak to booking. com,i could hear everything she stopped serving me to press buttons on her phone,picked it up and checked what was on the screen i didnt get any welcome or thanks of her the way she looked at me was discusting,How dare i interrupt her telephone conversation,YOU ARE PAID TO HELP CUSTOMERS not treat them like dirt,she was awful!

   Lovely clean store with sanitisors for you to use mask must be worn.. very well laid out including fresh bread rolls.. lots of fresh veg well stocked freezer also has a car park so easy to load your shopping into the car Staff are very friendly..
