   The branch have been incredibly helpful whilst renovating our garden. So many companies that I’ve spoken to have had little patience whilst I’ve tried to navigate the world of gardening but everybody that I’ve spoken to has been friendly and helpful, without being patronising due to my lack of knowledge! They’ve even corrected orders when I’ve done something wrong online (like ordering 48 fence post spikes for 12 fence posts!) and made sure I’ve had the best deal by swapping out multiple small sand bags for a larger tonne bag instead so it would be more affordable. Drivers have also been friendly and helpful with delivery with regular updates available. Would recommended. Thanks to everybody at the branch for their help and patience.

   Amazing customer service from the Bridgend branch! My builder only gave me a few days notice of his arrival and TP Bridgend sourced my porcelain patio slabs and delivered them with time to spare. My second visit for some additional items was just as good - very helpful and knowledgeable staff who can’t do enough to help you! Keep it up guys you are doing a great job!

   Been dealing with these for a few years now and I feel my service is terrible. The staff in the sales office try their best but the lads in the yard are terrible. I used to work in a builders yard so I know what levels of service I would be giving Shape up or I'll take my business elsewhere.
