Bought a dressing table worth £556 which gone wrected within few months all the mirrors around the table gone rusty. Avoid purchasing their white dressing table
Fraud. Do not use. Ordered an item from them no delivery of item. Email address to them unrecognisable. Error when trying to get on there site to check account. No way to get in contact with them. Now have to wait 21 days to distrube payment through klara.
Same as whats happened to many it seems! Brought a picture that iv seen in shops and on ebay! They made out it was made to order and got the 5 week wait bulls*it! Constantly messaged, emailed called no answer no one cares! But i have reported them and told my banks fraud team who will now be investigating as i never received my goods!
Worst shop ever. Avoid at any cost. I've ordered a dining table and been told will take 2/5 weeks delivery. After 6 weeks still no table and I've been trying for 2 weeks to call and email to get in contact with someone to cancel the order and no answer.
Still haven't got the mirror I ordered months ago. No response to my emails. Tried to phone but no-one answers. Have requested a refund as I have lost faith in the company but no response to that request either. Just got an email asking me to review my purchase - difficult to do when you haven't received it!!
I ordered a console from comfy homes. Unfortunately the piece delivered was faulty. However I want to mention that their customer service was brilliant. They refunded us within 2 weeks time with no hassle at all. I am writing this review for people who get a bit apprehensive in terms of returning the item if is faulty. They are happy to refund or exchange as per customer choice.
Absolutely amazing experience with comfy homes, loved the customer service. Have been there numerous amount of times and staff have always gave a warm welcome. From my experience the furniture I have bought it has always been top quality stuff, other furniture shops will have to turn their quality up a notch. Deliveries have always been here on time and delivery drivers have always been very polite. I would definitely recommend!!! Best mirrors in town. Can't wait to see the staff again !
Top quality at best prices very very helpful kind and friendly staff. 200 mile round trip to pick up new bed guys loaded boxes and mattress excellent packaging and bed was solid cannot praise them enough well worth the trip and also bought another fantastic quality piece from them. Highly recommend this company and will be back for more quality goods
