   Sofa Looks Years Old in just 3 Weeks! I paid just under £700for a sofa from Bed Kingdom, and within 3 days it started to show excessive bobbling. By week three, it looked like it had been in my possession for years—despite minimal use. They claim the material is Chenille, but it’s clearly a cheap imitation—thin, scratchy, and completely lacking durability. I sent clear photo evidence, and they still insisted the damage was “normal wear and tear.” They refused to honour their 12-month warranty, offering only a partial refund and telling me it’s my responsibility to maintain the fabric. I’ve since sought legal advice from Citizens Advice, who confirmed I’m entitled to reject the item under the 30-day rule of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. A formal letter has been submitted. This has been a deeply frustrating experience. Bed Kingdom selling very poor quality furniture, misrepresents its materials, and refuses to take accountability. Avoid. If anyone else is having this experience with Bed Kingdom I would hope your being treated better than I am.... UPDATE 8TH NOVEMBER 2025 After I was fully prepared to go through with a small claims court case over a faulty sofa, a manager named Melody at Bed Kingdom stepped in and did the right thing by offering a full refund. We had some trouble because the courier company wouldn’t take the sofa back without proper packaging, but eventually, Melody arranged an 80% refund and let us keep the sofa. That was the best resolution for everyone, and I’ve updated my review from one star to two stars purely because of her efforts. Honestly, they shouldn’t be selling sofas with such poor material to begin with, and I shouldn't have had to battle so hard just to get the right outcome.

   Really happy with our purchase, fab bed with lots of storage underneath. Purchased the matching drawers a few weeks later which complete our son’s room. Excellent quality, we’ve had it for over a year now ☺️ A really good buy, I’d recommend to everyone.

   Ordered my little girls a bunk bed, it arrived and it was the wrong colour they've sent grey. Contacted customer services not much help at all said it would need to be raised to management but the bed I ordered is actually now out of stock. My children have been sleeping on the floor potentially now for another week as we have no bed. No update from the company as to what is happening or even offered any sort of refund or compensation for something what is there fault, giving them a few days for a soloution or I'll be contacting trading standards as it's unfair on my children being without when we have paid nearly £400 for a bed which we don't have.

   Ordered a lovely bed for our toddler, the bed frame is beautiful, however the poor lad doesn’t get much support from the “memory foam” mattress. It’s false advertising as the majority is cheap foam, with a few cm’s of memory foam. The mattress doesn’t even fit the bed and leave a dangerous gap for limbs to get stuck in. Not ideal for any toddler!!!

   Extremely disappointing experience. Not only are the beds poor quality BOTH beds came with issues! One was marked and with slats that were not fit for purpose, the second has missing fixings which meant we had to then wait for parts to be sent. We were promised a delivery date and surprise surprise…we are still waiting. I will never order from Bed Kingdom nor advocate anyone else does either!

   We bought the flair teepee tent bed with trundle. My daughter loved her bed, but after using it for a while she sat on it one day and the wood snapped - I witnessed this. It clearly was not well built! She is a healthy size and weight for a 5 year old. Bed Kingdom were not at all helpful, they didn't apologise and could not sell us a replacement part, so the bed is now useless.

   First time customer and have nothing negative to say about Bed Kingdom. Good selection of beds at very competitive prices. Ordering was simple, good delivery options and excellent communication right up until delivery, which was completed exactly when they said it would be. Totally happy with the bed. Highly recommend.

   Purchased a bed from here for both my kids. A large bunk with desk. It is very sturdy. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. The measurements stated were accurate (not always the case when shopping online). The delivery and service were great. Should we require another bed, I will happily consider bed kingdom. Many thanks.

   Excellent service. Fast delivery and outstanding customer service. I ordered a bunk bed, it is lovely. We had a slight issue with the product which wasn't specific to the quality etc of the order. It was resolved very quickly and we were given some compensation. I would highly recommend.

   Such a great bunk bed, we purchased one bunk bed and fell in love with it so we purchased another one! We own 2 and our children love them. There is ample storage in the stairs and at the side and not forgetting the shelves that each bed has. Toys, books and ornaments are displayed neatly. We purchased the clip on lamps too which have been fab as each child can control their own light.
