Went to purchase multiple items from the meat section and I took off, I was shocked to find that my order was wrong even after having explained the order to them. I rang up the shop, Butcher was already aware of what happened and told me that mistakes can sometimes happen. I was told to make my way to the shop and it will be sorted. I understood and was ok with it. On his word I made my way back to the store for them to just say no we will not be giving you the correct order. They just kept lookinv amongst themselves asking me who served you. The Owner came and he was pretty much useless telling me to wait as there are other customers, dismissing all errors made on their part(i was waiting before the customers had come). There seems to be a very commen theme amongst alot of the reviews I've seen for this shop. Butchers extremely unprofessional and unbelievably rude, its genuinely embarrassing. Deffo not going.

Great local supermarket selling lots of products all halal. It has a fresh bakery in the back serving hot dishes i.e. pizza breads, flat breads and other baking goods. They have a butchers section, with a lovely selection of meats to choose from. They can also order in certain products if not in store, just speak with the staff on site. Fresh baklava section with lots of varieties to choose from. The staff are very nice, accomodating and friendly. They have lots of products to choose from and are always well stocked. A great supermarket and would highly recommended visiting it. Parking can be difficult as it's on a busy main road. There are many side streets to choose from, if you are unable to get a spot on the main road. It's worth visiting the store if you can, you won't be disappointed.

For a change I went to buy some grocery. This shop is expensive when I compared the prices. The butchers overcharge you. Chicken legs with skin were 3.49 while without skin were labeled as 3.99 per kg. They charged me 3.99 as I wanted wothoit skin legs but it weighed way less on my home scale than what the label said and what I paid for.. The labele said 3.6kg which I paid but it was 2.6kg on my home scale. I am not going back.

Here you can find most of the Lebanese Syrian and Middle eastern food as well. My favourite thing about their store is the meat and chicken, very good quality.

What a delightful shop. Such a large range of products available. The meat counter is hygenically clean and tidy. All meat is very fresh and is the only place I buy all my meat from. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Overpriced, I don’t know why Arab or more specifically Syrian-Kurdish they think they own the halal market and can do whatever they want. The butcher is very rude he thinks he knows better when I told him minced meat is £6 in London not £9.79 as he sell it, his reply was maybe a dog meat!!! Well mate, how do I know you’re not selling a dog meat, if you cheat on the scale you can do anything and pretend is Halal. Ps : I live between London and Cardiff and I know better the prices in London.
