I had ordered a made to meseaure chesterfield sofa and it was a good price for the size I had gave them I was ver impressed with the quality of the sofa as it was well made and the fabric was so Beautiful i would highly recommend this place as I have even bought dining tables with chairs and they are such good quality
Ordered sofa set and an storage ottoman which cost me £300 extra to be made not even had it a week and the hinges supporting the lid split and broke reached out to luxury beds to fix this after constant messages and ignored phone calls finally got a reply back that they would replace it for me by end of week 2 months down the line now it still Hasn’t been replaced or fixed and being ignored. I have gave them 2 months now to sort this and have sent images of the damage on the box can’t use now after only one week. I have proof of all messages stating they would sort this. The company are quick to take the order and money but don’t want to help after that with any issues. Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend
