Have sent 3 emails and a phone call customer service is really bad. I have a defective mattress so trying to contact them. Really disappointed
We had a few problems with our bed bases being the wrong colour to the head board, but they sorted it out quickly. Very pleased now with the bed. Good service. Happy to purchase again.
be aware of these people, they sell very bad quality mattress and if you return the pseudo mattress, they refuse to refund payment, STAY AWAY AT ALL COST
Purchased a Bed and Matress £800+ plus paid extra for memory foam mattress which was of a very inferior quality. this was replaced by the shop after numerous complaints, however they replaced the mattress with a standard spring matress even though I paid extra 400 for the Extra thick memory foam. The customer care isn't paramount as the shop claims and not good customer service. I wouldn't recommend them for family and friends and don't like the service which is anything but lavish. Stay away zero rated. update 22/09/20 I have already sent you an email from your website with my contact details and address but no response has been recieved. My postcode is BD7 1AE by the way and i have a receipt of the purchase.
Very good quality beds and furniture, and the customer service was even better. i visited the store and i can say that the staff were very friendly and helpful. One thing which i though was very good was that they have a wide range of Beds and mattresses. i highly recommend this shop to any one that needs good quality beds or furniture.
