Absolutely horrible store customer service, we ordered a sofa set from this branch, and we have had nothing but trouble, firstly our sofa set was delayed for delivery for 4-weeks! After constant chasing up we finally got a delivery date and when they came we were missing a sofa and the one delivered was damaged. We are told it will take up to 6-weeks to repair the damaged sofa. Regarding the missing sofa the management have been so poor in trying to confirm where it us. I have had to call to get updates with promises that store management will call me, back but they have always failed to do so. 6-weeks in and they do not even know if the sofa has been manufactured or not and it may need to be ordered again! Absolutely clueless and I would stay well away from SCS and any promises of delivery times!

I have to give a 5 star for the service we received at the Bradford branch . The sofa was due to be delivered yesterday and unfortunately the delivery driver had an accident and fell out the van the stop before ours as far as i know he is fine but ours was not delivered yesterday which i didnt expect. Our old sofa has now gone I phoned yesterday and asked to ring back this morning to re arrange it. The next available date is 2 weeks I did really expect it to be back out the next working day Monday but no. The lady was helpful and phoned the local depot to see if there was an earlier date.. But there isnt and need to ring back on Monday at 10 am to see if there are any extra vans out. I am absolutely livid to have nothing to sit on for 2 weeks except a hard dining chair when you have had a stroke and are classed as disabled and cannot get around the house easily its just not good enough. So something we were both looking forward to has now taken the shine off it thank you DFS

I recently visited DFS Foster Square in Bradford to purchase a bed, and my experience was disappointing. The staff member who assisted me, Simran, was polite but noticeably inexperienced. She placed my order and assured me that the bed would be delivered within a week, advising me to keep an eye out for emails. However, over the next few days, I received several confusing emails instructing me to book my own delivery dateβcontrary to what I had been told in store. Attempting to book a date online proved difficult, so I returned to the store for clarification. Only then did I find out that, rather than the staff arranging delivery as stated, it was in fact my responsibility to book this myself through the emailed link. This critical information was never communicated by Simran. When I explained my frustration to the manager, he appeared unconcerned and insisted that Simran had advised me correctly, which was not the case. Ultimately, I had to book my delivery online myself, resulting in a delay of another week. Had I been told the actual process upfront, I could have saved time and hassle. The lack of clear communication, the reluctance of management to acknowledge the issue, and the overall disorganisation left me unimpressed. DFS should consider allowing staff to book delivery dates at the point of sale to avoid such confusion. In my view, this branch is badly organised, with incompetent staff and an unhelpful manager.

Very happy with my new recliner sofa! The end to end journey was seamless, from sales advice in-store to shipping and delivery. The sales advisor in-store, Hasan was very helpful in explaining the options and giving recommendations. I was very impressed with the shipping time as delivery only took 10 days compared to the 21 days we had been estimated, despite ordering at a peak time! The delivery and setup itself by DFS partner Humber Services was expertly done!

They floor staff are great brilliant customer service but they guys that deliver are bloody amazing! Just had our sofa delivered & of course it didn't come through front! The guys tried everything. Eventually getting it in round the back and that was by no means easy! Thank u Soo much for not giving up

We had measurements & he planned it out to our needs.So happy & i would highly recommend Mr Bernie.Loved the coffee table marble with chrome legs unfortunately that was over our budget but we managed to get the suite set

Bernie was exceptional! He catered to every need my elderly disabled mum required. There was no hard sell and he lead us around the store measuring the height of sofas to make sure my mum could transfer comfortably from her chair. Very polite, informative and fun. He hugged mum goodbye! We love our purchase and totally recommend Bernie and DFS was a great affordable experience.
