Popped in today for a few pre Christmas bits. Generally always find what we are looking for and staff are mostly helpful. Special thanks to Tony for making my little boys year with the Disney cards he gave us today!
How long does it take to get 1 toilet fixed? I mean poor pregnant ladies or the older have no chance , surely can't be that hard t9 get a contractor out to fix 1 little toilet can it??
Great shop for all your essential needs and a quality product provider.... Fruit and veg is always fresh as is the meat & dairy. Plus, this store carries almost evrrything you are going to need....
Staff are great... Big shout to Colin (cauliflower) and Lorraine on the tills. Always both so lovely with my daughter. Fruit and veg section often disappointing with limited choice of vegetables. Pricing isn't always the best. However staff are generally friendly and helpful. Service standards are good. The charity events and fundraising is always good fun too. My daughter particularly enjoys scanning the shopping at the till herself.... When she has opportunity to do so. Car park can be a bit hazardous with big deliveries lorries literally right outside the entrance....
I visited the Coleshill, West Midlands store today to purchase from the salad bar. I arrived at the store before 9 am this morning to get 'fresh' food from the salad bar. However, the salad bar had visible stale food. The top layers of the pastas and couscous were dry, the salad leaves were all wilted and brown. This is not the first time I have seen it like this, but today was by far the worst. So I asked the staff when the salad bar was laid out, to be told that the food is put out the night before, and grease-proof paper is used to cover it. This is shocking as the food should be kept covered in air-tight containers, temperature controlled and not open, for rodents or any other wildlife to roam freely over the items overnight whilst the store is closed. The appearance of the food is of poor quality, as I mentioned, wet pastas have a dry layer on top and around the serving containers, and the salad is brown and wilted. It makes me question if the food served is thrown out at all or just has more added to it day after day. So unhygienic. I ended up giving the staff my container to throw in the bin.
A much smaller than usual Morrisons. The overall shopping experience was very bad due to how slow the self checkout machine processing was.
After taking our children to the park we popped in for a few items. My son who has ASD and anxiety wanted to buy a few things for himself some treats with his birthday money which isn't as easy for him, the cashier was very rude said his money was fake then went on to ask me if I had another note which I didn't then accept the money! Very poor service told the manager who didn't really seem bothered will not be a returning customer. The cashier could tell he was upset and he had his sunflower lanyard on to discreetly let people know to be kind and patient.

Lovely clean store. Had a desire for some spring rolls and went in to see if we could find some. They had quite a selection of take away meals and starters. Got what we came for.
On Thursday afternoon on the 13th October l went into Morrisons in Coleshill to do some shopping while waiting in the queue to pay for my shopping the cashier on the till was serving a elderly lady who was very flustered the cashier was very polite, helpful and showed the lady the up most respect and didn't hurry the customer in any way The cashier's name was Clare and it was lovely to see how kind she was being to the customer I did speak to Clare and also the Manager of the Coleshill store to express my thoughts on the way Clare had been with the customer it really restores your faith in human nature
