This Tesco is off the road with plenty of parking. It doesn't have everything like big tesco store but it is quite handy to pick up things you may have forgotten or just that something you need now. Great little store
Are Tesco customer services even reading these reviews and if they are why aren’t these members of staff being dealt with? Do Tesco no longer care about their customers being abused by members of staff? Come on Tesco. Pull your finger out. Send a secret shopper in and see for yourself what innocent customers are expected to tolerate. This shop is well known in the locality for having rude and lazy staff members. Not a good look Tesco.
If I could give zero stars to this shop I would. A number of times I've called there but have had to go and find someone to serve me, I always find a group of 3 staff in the top left hand corner of the shop usually chatting away. Then they have attitude because I've had the cheek to ask to be served and of course found the 3 of them there when surely there should be at least one member of staff in sight of the till area. She said she'd serve me but that it was because of 'abusive' people like me they had the In post lockers put there. When I asked for the member of staffs name, as I was realising the one being abusive was the staff member to me, she gave me her surname so I asked for her first name too and she just went a bit crazy, saying I was not above her and she wasn't putting up with my abuse and said she was refusing to serve me. I was left absolutely gob smacked at her response to me asking first to be served and secondly for her first name. Tesco, you have a real problem with some of the staff here, a real problem.
The worst shop ever, older big lady always huffing and puffing on til and if she has to move, awful attitude and obviously hates her job.
The attitude of the woman staff who work here is appalling, you wait ages to get served, and that's when you go and find someone. Then they get attitude because they have had to move. Surprised anyone has kept their job. Definitely will be shopping somewhere else
Some staff lack customer service skills. I used self checkout and applied a bag at checkout for 30p, however, when I put it in the bagging area, it was still flashing as ‘unexpected item in bagging area’. The till attendant rudely told me that I needed to scan the bag and I corrected her that I did not because I had already pressed to add the bag to my total and it had been added with the price. She then came around to scan her card and questioned the quantity of melons I had and I confirmed it was 2. I was not sure if she meant it in a kind way as for me not to be charged for 2 if I only had 1 in my bagging area as her attitude was apalling. Once I finished checking out I still thanked her and she ignored me. I don’t usually leave reviews but this has been my local tesco for 8 years and the customer service has always been more miss than hit which is a shame.
Just told to "get what I need, hurry up and leave" upon entering the store by a very rude woman who seemed eager to close up even though it was barley 10 to 8... Honestly the rudest interaction I've ever had without having opened my mouth. Felt sorry for the security who seemed to be dealing with her attitude too.
Always obliging staff...loads to choose from. Cheapest to expensive...and all out on display so you can see them properly as they would look like up on rail. Prices clearly displayed including any prices with any available discount. Alterations required also an option. Curtain order not on the ready made curtains are completed quickly.
A good shop if you need some food quickly though small shop so limited to the basics
Hated this shop. Prices too high, high school students everywhere, there was a really big line of them waiting outside the store and blocking the entrance. I will NEVER visit this store again.
