I had a fantastic experience with Drummonds. Exceptional level quality of both products and services. In particular, Eddie was very helpful, easy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them!
We embarked on a massive kitchen diner project in 2020 and found the expertise and customer care from Oliver at Drummonds to be exemplary. His vision, design and 3D graphics of our new space ultimately gave us a functional and beautiful kitchen. He managed all this in an acceptable time frame, despite the difficulties with supply and other problems associated with the Covid pandemic.
Had a kitchen from them last year and was a really disappointing experience. Left with an Kitchen extract that wasn’t fit for purpose and had to replace at my own cost despite repeated attempts to Resolve the issue with Drummonds. Terrible customer service.
