Wren kitchens have been brilliant so far. Prompt appointments and a the design is excellent. I’ve been given videos of what my new kitchen will look like and very reasonably priced. Now to have it fitted so will update on that.
Overall, my experience with Wren Kitchens was really nice. From the start, Haniya at the showroom was so friendly, professional, and patient — she made the whole design process enjoyable and helped bring my ideas to life beautifully. The quality of the kitchen itself is lovely, and I’m so pleased with how it all came together in the end.
I ordered a kitchen from Wren on 14/05/2025, paid a deposit, and was given a delivery date of 19/07/2025. The kitchen was delivered as planned, and the installation was booked for Monday 21/07/2025. No one showed up. When I called, I was told the installer was unavailable — no explanation as to why they delivered the kitchen when no one was ready to fit it. After several calls and emails, Wren eventually sent another installer who admitted he wasn’t from my area but was willing to do the work. He arrived on 04/08/2025, told us to remove the cooker, he said we also needed to remove the extractor fan, (something we had paid Wren to handle as part of removing the old kitchen). Then, he told us Wren had informed him he could not fit the kitchen until the gas pipe was capped. No information was given about us removing anything or capping the gas pipe, I’m not a professional electrician that I would know this. When I contacted customer service, the manager told us to rip out the old kitchen ourselves and promised a refund, so we did. Now my kitchen is completely empty — no cooker, no water — and we are living with a hazardous mess. The very next day, I received an email saying no fitter was available at all, and I’d get a refund for the fitting fee but would have to find my own installer. If I wanted to manage the installation myself, I wouldn’t have paid Wren for the service. My living room has been full of uninstalled kitchen parts for three weeks. This has been an absolute nightmare — no communication, no organisation, and no accountability. I would not recommend Wren to anyone. Their service is chaotic, misleading, and unacceptable. If you want stress, chaos, and empty promises, Wren is your go-to. Otherwise, RUN.

The designer really took his time with us. I didn't feel under pressure or rushed. I wanted to make sure that everything was correct and exactly how we wanted it to be. He was very patient. The showroom was very comprehensive with a lot of there products available to see. After receiving the kitchen, I was really impressed with how it was all packaged and labelled. The quality of the products was amazing. I used to install kitchens as a profession and I would definitely recommend Wren Kitchens. Not only is the quality of the products exceptional. I was amazing at the value too
After careful consideration we decided it was time to relocate our kitchen to make it ‘accessible’ for my husband. From start to finish, Wren listened to our needs and designed the perfect kitchen. Delivery was on time and everything went to plan. Our finished kitchen surpasses all expectations and we are thoroughly delighted with the completed new cooking and socialising space. We now have lots of entertaining planned over the coming months. We can’t thank Wren enough for how it has transformed our living space.
Went into my local Wren store to get my kitchen designed at the start of Dec 2021. Getting the kitchen designed was easy enough; the salesman wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell anything. Once the kitchen had been booked I was told someone would be in contact with me to arrange payment closer to the manufacture date of the kitchen. I found communication to be extremely poor throughout. A few days before the deadline to pay for the kitchen I received a text message informing me to come down to the store by the next day to finalise payment or the manufacture and install would be delayed. So, I went down the next day but the member of staff on the front-desk was clueless and told me I had to book an appointment; which he did for 7 days time. The following day I then received a phone call asking why the kitchen had not been paid for as it would delay the manufacture/install date. It eventually got sorted over the phone but it seems the staff are clueless and disorganized. There was no follow up to my complaint email about the poor communication so it doesn't fill me with confidence that they did any investigating internally into the issue. On delivery day, everything arrived. So no complaints there. The fitting of the carcasses went smoothly. The fitter himself was a pleasant, professional and did a good job of the fit. The fitting of the worktop wasn't as smooth. One section of worktop had been measured incorrectly by the Xena Quartz worktop team so it didn't fit correctly. It took another 7 days for that mistake to be put right. The overall finish of the kitchen is good, but that is down to the fitter, who is just sub-contracted by Wren. Upon removal of the protective film on the doors, it was found one door was defective with a manufacturing fault in the finish of the paint. I contacted customer services to get a replacement but after 7 days I heard nothing from them. Thankfully the fitter came back to finish off a few bits and said he would get onto them about a replacement; as of writing this review I still don't have my new door. Again, once they have your money the communication is very poor. Personally I wouldn't bother using Wren past their free design service. Get your kitchen designed at Wren then take their design and go to a rival kitchen company or even better a reputable local company who might actually care past receiving payment.
Had kitchen installed 31/05/2021 and still not finished! They promise to rectify but don’t! Shoddy kitchen, drawers drop off units. They miss sell appliances telling you they are A rated and in fact they are F rated. Most of doors have been replaced as were chipped. My garages are full of wren deliveries and faulty parts and they won’t come out to put the fitters errors right. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-
My kitchen arrived on time and this is the end of my good experience with Wren. The parts are missing as the kitchen hadn’t been planned correctly. One panel of the “ corner unit “ is missing as the result is the unit is open . As The cabinet for the integrated washing machine is missing I was advised by the customer service in Bradford store to attach the decor panel directly to the washing machine. I was sent a link to their website how to install a corner cabinet however the guy in Bradford shop did not want to take on board that this is not a corner cabinet I was provided with and I will not be able to attach the washing machine to the empty space. The gap is visible on the plan. Eventually when he got lost with his explanations I was told that my English is poor as I am a foreigner the same as my kitchen fitter and I we don’t really understand what he is trying to explain to us.
