   I am extremely disappointed with the service I received after spending £15,000 on what was supposed to be a full refurbishment of my kitchen, bathroom, and downstairs toilet. The work was scheduled to begin in February this year with an agreed completion date of eight weeks. We are now at the end of August, and not only is the work still unfinished, but what has been done is of a shockingly poor standard. I have extensive photographic evidence showing the quality of the workmanship, which is nowhere near what any paying customer should expect. From poorly fitted fixtures, uneven finishes, and careless installation, the results are completely unacceptable for the amount of money paid. What has made this situation far worse is the lack of professionalism and communication from the owner. At the beginning, promises were made that the work would be completed to a high standard and on time. Instead, after taking £15,000 of my money, he has now stopped answering my phone calls and no longer replies to my messages. I have been left with incomplete, substandard work and no accountability from the business that took on this project. This entire experience has been stressful, costly, and deeply upsetting. It feels as though the company has taken my money and walked away with no concern for the impact this has had on me as a customer. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company to think very carefully before committing. My experience has been one of broken promises, poor-quality workmanship, delays far beyond what was agreed, and ultimately being abandoned after a large sum of money was paid. I am now left with no choice to provide Oakforest and the owner of the business Bash, a formal written notice on which I have requested the 3 below affiliations in response and I am willing to take this further to Trading standards or a small Claims Court referenced to a County Court claim. 1. A full and detailed explanation of why the project has not been completed within the agreed timeframe. 2. A written plan outlining how and when you intend to complete the outstanding work to a satisfactory standard OR a partial/full refund of the money I have paid. 3. A formal response to this letter within 14 days of receipt. No customer should have to go through this, and I hope my review serves as a warning to others.    We have just had a wardrobe fitted in a very small space. Oakforest completed the job in very quick timing from the day measurements were taken to finishing the job. The 2 young men that came were courteous, very helpful and left everything clean and tidy. We would recommended this company.

   Had done almost the whole house interiors, sliding cupboards on the bedrooms, Living room interiors, dinning room shelves, kitchen units, under stair case storage, storage pooja room bespoke design interiors, wall mounted bed, Since the work was done to outstanding quality they have completed composite decking, Patios all with electric fittings. They are one stop solution to the entire house related jobs i.e. furniture, bathrooms, plumbing, constructions work. Highly recommended and would always be happy to consider them in future works.    Utterly amazed with the service afforded to me. From initial contact, measure up, through to; design, conception, delivery, installation, review, and completion. Me and my family had a great time choosing from the hundreds of options available to us, for our new bedroom. I have to say, the whole team was really patient with us and in the end helped us to narrow down what we exactly wanted. We were shocked when after merely a week and a half, we received a call to say they were ready to install..which was amazing, considering these were bespoke, made to measure, exquisite wardrobes. The installation was completed over the course of a day, which was fantastic, considering the size of the wardrobes. #HUGE!. Further more, they were great, when we asked to make a few minor adjustments along the way. Didn't make an issue but just got the job done. It goes without saying...the installers worked as if they were never there, were really courteous and cleaned up after they left. Absolutely pleased with the wardrobes. I just wish more companies were like this.

   I recently had new kitchen doors fitted into my twenty year old kitchen by Oak Forest. The end result is unbelievable.
