   The wardrobes themselves look nice, but the overall experience was very disappointing. The team’s time management was awful — I was given different fitting dates for over a week, and even on the confirmed day (22nd October), they were meant to arrive at 10am but didn’t show up until 1pm despite me calling twice. They also used leftover skirting board from my wall as shelf supports instead of bringing their own proper materials, which is not what I’d expect from a professional company charging over £3,000 for one wall of wardrobes. We had agreed on a design that included drawers, with the top drawer having compartments for makeup and jewellery. When I pointed out that the compartments were missing, the fitter told me to “just get some from IKEA.” After reminding him this was part of the agreed design, he said he’d return later that evening to sort it out — but he never did. Despite repeated messages from me and my husband, he kept saying he would come back but never showed up, and has now even blocked my husband’s number. While the wardrobes do look nice, the service was unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth the high price. They do not stick to their word.

   Bedroom fitted wardrobes where designed, supplied and fitted to an excellent standard. The quality of material, fixtures and fitting details was done accurately and timely. Very happy with everything from start to finish, even tidied up after completion. Would highly recommend anyone who is looking for fitted wardrobes to a high quality and standard.

   Zubair and his team did alot of work for us. Wardrobes for 4 bedrooms. 2 media walls. Wainscoting/panelling in 2 lounges and stairs and landing. Fitting large mirrors for hall and gym. The quality of the work was superb and the team is efficient and responsive. Would highly recommend.

   Tms kitchens recently completed a large project for us. They travelled to us for the initial consultation and design; they created a plan for our kitchen, utility room and hallway. They sat us with and designed everything from scratch, they came up with creative ideas and advised us on how to make best use of space we had - whilst still giving us lots of options. They were extremely patient with us and gave us plenty of time to decide, the customer service was excellent and they always made themself available to answer queries. Before going to TMs, we met with local designers but found that the service from TMs is unmatched. TMs always went the extra mile to allow us to achieve our dream kitchen. Although they specialise in kitchens, they also advised us on other areas of our house. We would recommend TMS to all those that are looking for personalised, tailored service along with excellent craftsmanship. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. TMS have not only created a space that looks beautiful but is also functional. Everything looks sleek and modern with maximum and practical storage solutions. Everything was specifically created and designed to meet our requirements which was something only Tms were able to offer us. Amazing customer service coupled with high quality workmanship!

   I haved used TMS twice for fitted wardrobes over the last few years. The quality of workmanship is of the highest standards. Ingenious ways of fitting in awkward locations. They cleaned up after fitting and even cleaned my garden where they did the assembly. They were very accommodating to all my design demands and delivered within agreed timescales. I would highly them, you won't find a better price for this level of quality. Thanks
