Fabulous place for kids! Very clean and tidy and all the staff are so friendly. They couldn’t help enough when it came to my sons birthday party and were so accommodating thank you
Had our son’s 4th birthday party here and he absolutely loved it. Everything is done for you, you just have to provide the cake making it so easy to organise. There is an entrance on the top floor (where the party rooms are) into the play area making it easy for the children to access and get back to the room for their food. Party bags are quite basic so we provided our own too. Great day. The kids loved it. Highly recommended!
Hosted son’s 6th birthday. Great place for parties for young kids. Enough of play activity area. Amazing and convenient bit was play area directly connected to first floor party rooms so don’t have to be up and down looking for kids. Amazing service and great hospitality. Lita looked after us and the guests so well. Outside food not allowed but great choices in kids menu and for adults too - light party foods. Very interactive website - just place order online and done. We had 2 extra kids than listed - accommodated easily without any charge. Will go again.
We booked a birthday party for our 2 year old and would definitely recommend. Bella was a brilliant host, very accommodating and patient. The kids had a lovely time, the food portions were generous and went down really well with everyone. One child had some dietary requirements and we were very impressed that they were able to accommodate. Thank you for a wonderful birthday party! Very glad we chose Mini Mischiefs.
Usually I like coming here, and we’ve also have had several birthday parties here as it is our local soft play. Today, we arrived 5 minutes early & the girl would not allow us in for my child to use the toilet. I asked politely as she was desperate and there was no where else to go. She said she would go & ask & after a long wait (for a child needing to go to the loo), she came back & said ‘have you booked online?’ - not even addressing my toilet request. I said can you just let us through to use the toilet & then I was happy to pay. The toilets were disgusting themselves, the child toilet my child even refused to use, I saw why. I went back to the desk to pay our entry fee and to ask for an email address to contact the manger/owner. She said didn’t know.
Play area was decent and any child would enjoy it. However, the food appalling, very disappointed. Chips were cold and for the price got about 8 chips. Burger was horrendous, definitely would not recommend.
Totally unsafe for infants. Took my 7month old there to meet a friend with her 8 year old son. Website said it has designated area for ages between 0-3 so i thought it will be great place to meet. Disapointed. It was not safe space whatsoever! The area is not separated from the general play area and plenty of older kids were playing there, trying to climb the walls above my 7month old head. Since parents did not care, I asked member of staff to enforce the rule of under 3s only. She said she will sort it and she did absolutely nothing after I highlighted to her that I feel my son is unsafe there. Do not recommend for toddlers. It wouod be much safer if you could separate area for toddlers.
Gutted! We visit this soft play regularly and love it but today was stupid busy. I knew being half term and a wet day that it would be busy but this was crazy and dangerous. Couldn’t get a table and that was with upstairs open! I had a pre walker and toddler with me. I couldn’t put the pre Walker down for how busy it was. I left after 30 minutes. I asked if they were at capacity and the lady said no she could have let it a good few more. I really don’t know how.
Just finished my daughter's 3rd birthday party at mini mischief. She and all her friends and family (children and adults) had a fantastic time. The food was also perfect for kids and the staff were friendly and always on hand if required. We would definitely book again and I'm sure there will be future bookings from our group as all parents were impressed with the service the actual softplay itself and girt bags etc...
