   Shocking experience today. The cashier didn’t say a single word to us — no hello, no thank you, just total silence. Her face was rude and completely unbothered, with no smile at all. Then the moment the next (white) customer came up, she suddenly smiled, greeted them, and started chatting like nothing happened. It honestly felt like we were ignored because of our skin colour. In 2025, that’s disgusting and unacceptable. Tesco really needs to train their staff better and take discrimination seriously.

   Well HMS TESCO continues to sink whilst the captain oblivious to this impending disaster continues to lounge in his deckchair. What is wrong I hear you ask. Well several weeks ago there was no frozen vegetarian meals to be found in the freezers, no explanatory notice and finally going to the customer service desk I was informed that remerchandising was taking place. Today, again no meals or very little, my husband was informed that refitting was taking place, again no explanatory notice. Helpful and to me sensible suggestion, when the freezers were empty for the remerchandising was not the refitting done then. Tear yourself away from the deckchair and take a turn around the store.

   A horrible nasty store with numerous issues. -Out of date food on the shelves. -Rowes counter reduced products will not scan and sometimes refused sale at checkout. -Won't let you go in with a small trolly 20 mins b4 closing (despite them saying policy is 15 mins when asked). -Bags of crisps rammed into shelves so packets have burst when you get home. -Milk often feels warm, not chilled. -Scan as you shop terminal area blocked by mountain of stuff right in front of it. -Trolleys with faulty security wheels that bang violently as you go round. -Poor stock rotation -Miserable staff that don't like you asking questions. Stopped going there as every time is just a miserable shopping experience that usually ends with regret.

   A fairly large Tesco offering a wide variety of products. The shop includes a pharmacy, clothing department, mobile phone shop, cafe, Yo! Sushi counter, Vision Express opticians and a Max Spielmann photo shop. There is also a photo booth and change machine next to the customer toilets at the end of the tills. This shop seems to be undergoing a significant transformation at the moment with sections of the shop (including the entire upstairs floor) boarded off. There are plenty of parking spaces available, with a decent amount of disabled and 'parent and child' spaces available near the shop entrance.

   Some of us have full time jobs working 10 hours a day... finish work at 5 run over to pick up a couple of bits for valentines day and you've already emptied the shelves of everything to do with it... nice one tesco

   My father went there at 10pm, when he was paid and ready to go, the women Speaking to security said don’t let him come back second time,one day only one time shopping ,absolutely no reason ,if I forgot something to buy, cannot Come back??Very bad service, not a happy shopping experience!!!!!

   Why are tesco descriminating against the elderly and people who use cash by changing the majority of petrol pumps to pay at pump only and taking away the option of paying with cash at kiosk. I pulled into Cardiff road today and all the pumps had been labelled pay at pump only so I went to spitty road to be told by a member of staff that that this would also be changed in two weeks. As I don't use card but pay cash I will obviously have to start purchasing fuel from elsewhere. Great way to drive away loyal customers Tesco!

   Absolutely discussed been shopping here for years my partner went to the toilets before he even entered the shop. Came out and was asked by security guard if he could check what's in his jacket. As it was it was one of our dogs toys as they where in the car... but my biggest point is how can he have nicked anything if he hadn't been in the shop yet. Surely if he had even been in the shop what right has he got to searh him anyway...absolutely fuming..Will be taking this matter further...

   PROs: Good size store with plenty of selection. CONs: Poor stock rotation(riper than ripe bananas in picture), can look messy(even at quiet times), and staff standing around not doing much while not being particularly helpful.
