“We usually place orders online and then pick them up in the shop. Orders are almost always ready to pick up within an hour of placing the order. The collection process is very simple and straightforward and usually fairly quick. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. There are plenty of parking spaces outside the shop entrance.”

“Teddy is an 8 month old cavapoo and had his puppy groom and now has had two big boy grooms. He literally runs through the store to get to the Groom Room, and is even more excited when he sees Beth. She has looked after him from the start and she has always does an absolutely amazing job. He looks a million dollars. She treats him with such care and understanding. She was very rude and didn’t have a clue. I just walked away and left me stood there so they called a lady call Janet.
