Very sad news. Recognising a shoplifter, especially from Primark and other stores, as a Tesco employee is really concerning. I'm surprised she got the job.
The toilets in this store are some of the worst toilets I've ever seen in a public place. The toilets don't have a seat, the hand wash machines are awful and when the hand dryer comes on, it just blows soap all over you because it's all in one. Definitely need to sort out the facilities in this store
Like to say a big thankyou to Helen on checkout, had forgotten my purse , although I had my vouchers on me, I was short of 36p. Helen offered to pay the 36p for me. I found this ever so kind, and wanted to say what a wonderful and considerate member of staff she is to tesco. Thankyou Helen
I was impressed with the speedy checkout process and friendly staff at Tesco Super Store. The store's layout is easy to navigate, and I love the self-service kiosks that make shopping even more convenient.
Lots of variety and choice, good for wheelchair users, toilets available. Children welcome.
Today I went to this supermarket and they built me up a lot ... The products do not correspond to their price tags, they are much more expensive than other stores. My daughter, who is 16, was not sold an energy drink. Maybe today is not a good day. Didn't mean to offend anyone, but it's a fact ...
Came into here for some food on my lunch break to be greeted by a double crater sized pothole on the junction to turn into the tesco that burst my tyre, which left my car undriveable. Duty manager and her assistant didn't seem to care and they had said this had happened to numerous people already! Not even a sorry, then proceeded to say that they aren't sure who's land it is and then tried to blame it on me for supposedly driving there with a flat tyre when i had been driving around all day for work just fine. Absolute jokers. Will be taking it further :)
I'm pretty sure this shop is older than I am and very little has changed since I was a baby. The shop is a good size and the staff are always helpful, never had a problem with them or finding what I need. Prices can be hit or miss, but that's not always down to them. But they need to stop people from leaving dogs alone outside, I was once bitten and bled a lot by a dog sat alone outside. There is also always kids hanging around outside, I understand that they can't stop them but they need to try to discourage it. My mam nearly hit one with her car not too long ago who was riding wildly around the dark car park with his friends on bikes.
Used to think highly of this store until I learned that they closed off the aisle for womens hygiene products due them not being essential during covid. Ridiculous. Edit: Tesco opened that aisle later the same day.
