Great shop. I'm in here nearly every day. I'm a Scouser and always receive a good welcome. Almost everything you need is in here. They even do hot food which is reasonably priced and a bonus. The staff are great and friendly. What more could you ask for from a Spar.

My Yodel parcel is lost. The cashier did not put the details correctly in the system. I did not receive a tracking number and because of that, I lost my item and money. They ignored my complaint about it and told me to contact Yodel about this case which is not Yodel's mistake.
The manager of this store is absolutely useless as a person and more useless as manager. He said over the phone to me that they are printing parcel return labels when I specifically called to double check that. When I actually turned up to the store with my heavy parcel, he said that they are not printing "this particular type of labels!" He did not even feel responsible for his misleading information that he gave me over the phone. Totally unhelpful and unprofessional customer service.
The staff in this place are incredibly rude and the security guard follows you about as if your stealing the most depressing shop and food is disgusting this place must be crawling with bugs because it's not very clean and the hygiene a zero.
Don’t enforce face coverings, block off Isles to refill shelves-forcing customers to pass each other shoulder to shoulder. Blocking off isles then cannot enforce the two mtr distancing law. close store to refill the shelves then re open.
Awful service here always Ques here only 1 serving staff can be quite rude they increase their prices whenever they feel like it
big Improvement since last visit, Fresh hot snacks and plenty of variety now in sandwiches and fridge munchies. A bit more pricey than average supermarket but plenty to choose from.
Walked 1 mile in the blistering snow to find no bread and milk on the shelves, unfortunately there was a man with Nealy 20 loafs of bread and a ton of milk at the till, how the #%*\ was he allowed to purchase this much. I questioned why he was allowed that much, the staff dont like being questioned and are really noisy and rude to customers and then was told to leave store. I'm still furious and promise never to spend my money in a spar again.
