   Small Tesco Express just on Caerleon Road, but always hits the mark. The staff are great friendly and helpful and it’s reliably well stocked, so you can pop in and get what you need without any hassle.

   This stores opens till late at night same as on Sunday where every other stores closes at 4pm. However its a one stop shop with loads of good stuff. A caah machine on site to with for withdrawal same as good parking.

   I had a very pleasant experience during my recent visit to Tesco. A red headed man with a superman tattoo wearing a superman lanyard assisted me and was exceptionally helpful, polite, and professional. He took the time to ensure I found everything I needed and made the whole shopping experience much easier. It’s always nice to see such genuine customer service — a real credit to Tesco and a great example of how helpful and courteous your staff can be.

   The guy on Wednesday 26 Aug 2025 was on the counter amd he was serving the customers at 10:40 pm. We gone to get alcohol and we follow all the rules as well as shown the identity too but he was misbehaving and the service of dealing was not satisfied.He should be kicked off from the job.

   Last week, my mum and I visited your store to do some shopping, and we were genuinely impressed by the outstanding service we received. One staff member in particular—an exceptionally courteous red-headed gentleman with a Superman tattoo—went above and beyond to assist us. My mum has arthritis, and I was recovering from a recent back injury, so his help was truly appreciated. He not only packed our bags but also carried them to our car, engaging us in friendly conversation along the way. His kindness and attentiveness made our visit significantly more enjoyable. He is an absolute credit to your team, and we’re grateful for the wonderful service he provided.

   Went today to leave a parcel..was greeted with cant take that full to capacity. Youll have to try later. As i dont drive and do have some mobility issues. I am now going to try again. Hopefuly more luck this time

   ....they really don't seem to like processing any Evri deliveries, they forgot to charge the scanner this morning, but it was only on 2% when I had to go back for my second attempt. The lad who took over this evening was very helpful

   I used to go often to leave and receive parcels. Many times lately, the scanner is not working so i have to leave and go back to receive my parcel. Last week i went to pick a parcel again and the scanner was not working as usual so i left and i went back.When i went back the sale assistant, a young lad looked at me and without saying sorry or anything was calling his colleagues to help him with the scanner because was stil not working . I was standing in front of him 10minutes and instead of telling me a bloody word he was just talking with his colleagues. When they sorted out the issue, he gave me the parcel i said thank you but i didn’t receive any reply. No sorry for the time you’ve been waiting or even your welcome!!! I went again today to receive a parcel and it was an Indian girl at the till with short hair, unfortunately i forgot her name. I gave her my ID and in front of my face she said to her colleague through the headphone “oh god, the name is Sofia but i can not pronounce that surname “. I felt really bad. This behaviour is absolutely unacceptable. I will never ever step again inside there
