   Great staff but this store needs to up its game regarding security in the mornings. A security guard is required from opening to close as this place can be crazy and staff can be overwelmed with shoplifters who seem to favour 6am when there is no doorstaff.

   I was searching for a corsodyl, i searched around 5 mins I could get and then I showed item at cash counter . There was a female employee who doesn’t even care for customer. I just asked her I want this , she said it will this line . I said i searched I couldn’t get and then she said then it won’t be . Not even try to help to customer . Please train the employees for helpful for the customers

   This Tesco has dropped so low, it has become incredibly frustrating to shop here, since the aisles are always clogged with stock trolleys laying around and blocking paths, very specifically at the end of the 1st aisle there is always something going on. The security system is annoying as well, every time you go to the shop, the doors just refuses to open and makes an alarm sound for no reason. There is also a very large surveillance machine placed near the tills watching everyone, this just makes the already small space feel even more cramped and it just feels off, this is no longer the nice and convenient corner store it once was.

   Everyday I shop in this tesco all aisles are full of trolleys with pallets and stock. Staff is unpleasant and doesn't care about clients. Is no way possible to pass through aisle with puschair because of pallets or even get to self till way is always blocked. Even without puschair you need to struggle to get through. Those situations are always every time I go there doesnt matter what time.

   Situated at the end of Paget St in Grangetown, this TEx was well stocked, relatively clean with pleasant staff at the tills and throughout the shop. It's small so don't expect a full range, but there was a remarkably large freezer section - I suspect a lot of customers want ready meals and convenience food. I bought some party ice in a bag that I needed. Overall a good experience and quite a good selection of reduced price items. Always nice!

   Recently witnessed a member of staff assault and steal a homeless man’s bag, illegal and just horrible. Used to be a nice shop with a caring security guard, now that Tesco’s staff members have gone all vigilante I’ll be giving it a miss.
