   People in prison need permission to leave. It's ludicrous that you are expected to ask someone for permission to leave the store due to the barriers that have been installed. I'll push them open or shop elsewhere. As a grown adult, I will not ask for someone's permission to leave like I am a school child. Ludicrous.

   Not our local but passing so popped in. Lovely well stocked store but more important we were served by a wonderful gentleman last night at 17.40. So efficient, quick, polite and happy!!! Excellent customer service, even my husband commented and that's rare. My local on Cowbridge Road West would benefit with some training from this guy. I refuse to shop at CRW and more than happy to travel a bit further to feel I am not a nuisance for shopping there. Well done Llandaff xx

   Great store, visit regularly, but I agree with the post here concerning the safety of the escalator. It can suddenly jerk you back, and because it's sloping it could unbalance you and cause a fall. Dodgy as far as I'm concerned and I always use the lift.

   The staff are friendly and helpful but not many of them to be seen. Be prepared to queue no matter the time of day. Till service isn't a priority. Often stood in the aisles the queues are so long

   For a supermarket it's ok. Parking is very convenient. The aisles are not wide enough and not many tills are open enough times.

   I do my shopping here frequently, every week precisely. One of the best Stores. Fast service and most of the required products are available. Their products are standard with very reasonably price. You get value for your money here. It’s clean and well stacked. The only problem is the queue during checkout, terrible!

   Never overly busy. Their pastries are amazing. Nice range of deli meats. Quality beers. Avoid 0800 - 0900 during term time when the local school kids are running rampant through the aisles... Some amazing offers in their middle aisles!
