Similar to other one-star reviews, we booked several months in advance, but when we arrived, we were told our booking had been cancelled. We received no prior notice (they claimed they had tried to contact us), and no reasonable alternative arrangements were offered. A very disappointing experience.
They cancelled our booking last minute without rescheduling or reasons. We have been waiting to get our baby groomed for a month and now we need to rebook somewhere else.
Have to book quite a while in advance but my pup always comes out looking and smelling amazing! The groomer listened to all of my concerns when it comes to my dogs behaviour as he can be a bit nippy with his paws being touched! All I can say is that he came out as happy as ever and not scared as he has come out of some other groomers! Thank you
Emily is fantastic. My dog runs to the bath when she sees her. The only issue is that is really hard to get an appointment. You have to book 2 months, some times 3 months in advance
Not very experience staff. I have a nervous dog and they had no idea what to do. Just in for a simple nail cut, and they only really tried once, then spent about 5 minutes just talking to each other. Said they couldn't do anything and recomended that i take my dog to get sedated at the vets. Too young staff, looks like they have no experience. Quite disappointed in the service, but I should have expected it.

It is really hard to find appointments available and sometimes because of shortage of staff, they cancel last minute. However, my English Bulldog Wilma goes every month, the girls do an amazing job and I never have to wait! Thank you!
My pppointment got cancelled twice already. Very dissappointing. I wonder who got my slot and who do I need to bribe to get the job done
I booked a slot for my cocker spaniel 8 weeks in advance. Appointment cancelled the day before and I have had no success with getting my deposit back. No answer via email and no answer via telephone. Very frustrating!
