Bought a dog house online. Received the confirmation email and then.... nothing. No replies to emails, phone number in website in not in use. Please stay clear of this one, I wish I had.
Have taken delivery of a damaged chicken coop . Informed support immediately but having difficulty with getting a resolution. Hope it will be resolved soon otherwise chucks will be sleeping outside .
Terrible customer service. A damaged chicken coop door on arrival. I've phoned and emailed on numerous occasions and no one has got back to me. I left a poor review on their website and it hasn't appeared, so they only use good reviews. Totally false. Avoid.
Awful customer service. Ordered a dog kennel & received a gun safe! No-one has replied to any of my communications- they are not interested as they have my money.
The first coop completely fell apart when we tried to move it to clean. Which to me seemed like something it should be able to withstand but the seller argued it was our misuse of the product. I tried to buy another coop from this company and it never arrived, after one whole month of my animals being in a temporary house I finally got a refund so I can buy a new one, but still no response as to what actually happened to my coop!
Good little pet store, had the feed I needed for chickens on a Sunday when everyone else was closed. Great customer service
Don’t answer the phone or return calls! Finally messaged back and said he doesn’t reply if I put capital letters in the sentence complete mess of a bloke! Please do not use
Terrible don’t use not delivered Kennel and becomes a wild goose chase to get any answer also phone number don’t work !! Stay clear currently took up with PayPal to see if they can help !!
