   Always come here and spend a lot of money in the store. Today I went with a pay point cashout voucher to which I was going to use to buy things from the store and the guy started instantly making excuses “I don’t have money in the till” too “I don’t no longer offer this service” too “the guy did cash change over so we don’t have enough in the till”… a few others have said they also had issues aswell with the store. The woman and guy are usually very rude. There’s another guy a bit older he’s lovely and very professional and friendly but whoever was working today (18/11/24 at 3:45-4pm) was so rude he actually mocked me and looked down on me for needing to use a pay point voucher to help support me for the next week, even though it was going to be spent in the store. A lady behind me also had a cash out voucher. Mine was £56 hers was £100. He served her perfectly fine and gave her £100 cash, how rude to judge us and use excuses like no money in the till but give £100 to another customer. He was reluctant to tell us he had just given the woman the money but she approached us and said he makes rules of his own all the time and had just given her £100 with no issues. I’ve also reported the store to pay point for lying and always having excuses. A few people have now told me that the store does this a lot and legally they get money back to their account so can therefore give you the money unless they genuinely don’t have the cash. To which is understandable so I’ve just been on the call with pay point and put a complaint in against them as they are spinning webs of lies and looking down on people that ain’t as rich as them.

   Amazon Hub counter is terrible. Staff don't even know they have the service or where to look for parcels. When you return to see 'the boss' he won't give you the parcel with full ID but says he's returning it. Seems like a money making exercise only.
