Disgusting service! The women with headphones at the back didn’t even acknowledge me or look up once. No hello, would you like a bag, no please when she told me the amount or thank you when I paid. Serious customer service training required here, she was old so no excuse unless she’s been dragged up which is my guess!
Terrible service when the lady is using her headset as her personal phone . Not once did she ask anyone if they wanted a bag or even said hello. She was to busy talking about food and she definitely do not like duck as we all found out . Customers come first she can talk on her break
Plenty of parking at prices that will knock your house down. Plenty of room for wheelchair users and wide aisles to navigate down. Also has a lidl domino's cafe opticians cafe and chip shop in the same complex

Whatever you need it seems to be in this shop, the friendly & helpful staff go above & beyond to help you ( they deserve a pay rise with what's happening price wise today.) It's a pleasure to shop here.
Lots of brand name items at good prices. Always see employees everywhere who are willing to help..service at tills can be long sometimes but employees at tills are pleasant which makes up for it!! The store has wipes and sanitizer at the front of store and always clean and tidy. The store is quite big, and trolleys needs a pound! I always go for toiletries, gardening products, and kids art and crafts items, nice mix of everything this store!
Particularly busy 7 weeks before Christmas. Tills were all at least 6 persons deep. Other than the majority of people in masks & most trying to stay 2 meters apart, no real change to the Home Bargains shopping experience, go in for a few items, come out with a trolley full!!
