One of the worse premier I’ve ever had the opportunity of using I’ve bought from the shop for a good 3/4 months on a near daily basis and I’m still asked for ID even though it’s the same person and when I don’t have it he always serves me but when others are around he doesn’t however I’ve never seen him ID clearly underage girls and he’s so rude
The manager guy who is usually behind the counter is a complete rude arrogant man. I’m a sales representative who helps boost sales and offers deals too save him money. Yet everytime I’ve been in there he’s so rude with no mannerisms what so ever even though I’m always talking respectfuly too him. Last time I went in he goes ‘move your car’. Which is understandable if you don’t want it by the pump but genuinely a please wouldn’t go a miss. I’d give this zero stars if possible but I wouldn’t be able too post. Treat others the way you want too be treated. I wish nothing but the worst for you and hope karma comes down on you.
If I could give no star I would !!! Just went into a Premier store petrol station on North Rd Cardiff with my partner to pick up his parcel up. He was served by an Asian gentleman there was only two customers in the store my partner was 1st said he had a parcel to pick up . The Asian gentleman told my partner to WAIT and waved his to the side for my partner to wait . He then served the next customer which purchased petrol (obviously money in the till is more important to have some manners no explanation for him to wait to serve another customer 1st no please !!! Absolutely disgusting how he continued to say to my partner that he didn't want him going back to the store because he couldn't find the parcel .
awful customer service. all staff are so rude and unhelpful. i use this petrol station to post and pick up parcels and have been told multiple times i can’t post parcels due to it being a certain time (between 3-4pm ‘because it’s busy with school children’ and after 9pm) when it’s not even busy. they have also started making you find your own parcels in the boxes, which makes it so easy for people to steal parcels. AVOID THIS PREMIER !!
Staff are so mannerless and rude, me and my boyfriend went there to return a parcel. That was the biggest mistake of our day...the guy(mid-age asian) was so rude and he treated my boyfriend very rudely. He was so nasty and mannerless, luckily as an Asian i can understand what that uncle was saying about my boyfriend. Very disappointed.
your employee couldn’t seem to understand that being born in 2004 does not mean that you are under 18. i came to this establishment simply wanting a pack of cigarettes, yet the employee that opened the store could not do simple mathematics. it should not be this hard to understand that me being born in may 2004 does in fact mean that i am 18, and should be allowed to purchase a packet of cigarettes, yet he could not fathom the fact that i was 18. ridiculous, please sort this out and get this man fired.
i just cycled two miles to get here because it was the closest “open” shop to where i live, and apparently they’re closed? or maybe i just don’t know where the entrance is.
The most expensive shop ever. Think of a price then double it. I live in walking distance but always drive somewhere else instead of being ripped off by the extortionate prices! Premier prices
