   Ordered a parcel for collection from this store. Absolutely nowhere online does it state that this store has decided upon specific collection times. The shop was completely empty when I arrived, with two employees I had to search the store for, the female employee told me categorically I was not getting my parcel, I explained I work shifts and I won’t be able to collect my parcel during the times specified, I asked if I could speak to someone a manager on how best to organise collecting my parcel, I was told to just google. I left and tried googling and looking on the website with no luck, I re-entered the shop to ask if I could perhaps have an email, as I re-entered I could hear the female middle aged employee slagging me off, mimicking my voice and laughing. Tbh it seemed incredibly petty, and if she had time to be doing that, surely she could have just retrieved my parcel for me. Pretty appalled tbh

   This shop is a complete joke for parcels. I don't live in the area, but accidentally sent my package there. When I went to pick it up, they told me they have specific times for package handling. Sadly, I can't arrive during those times.They will not give me my parcel even though the shop was empty I was the only person in there and they were two shop members on the shop floor I have spoken to a few other people that work in other one stops and they do not have this rule and have even said it's ridiculous. So unfortunately my little girl is not going to get her birthday present due to these horrible people

   The fact you cannot pick a parcel up is ridiculous when this is my local shop not anymore the times you can pick up parcels are not convenient at all when you work full time, last time il ever shop at one stop and the lady is so sarcastic when pointing to the sign not good enough another customer lost

   I used to be able to drop off Evri and Yodel parcels there at anytime, always made sure I bought some shopping whilst there, now only between 1 and 2 pm even if you arrive at 14.05! Staff were not pleasant! MTR just up the road open all hours same for parcels!! My new go to shop is MTR

   Unimpressed by the overall customer service (not all the staff), and if you’re sending or receiving parcels, you’re treated like a second rate customer, sometimes being made to wait for 20 minutes while they serve other customers. I’ve stopped going here now as it’s just an unpleasant experience.

   Why do all the young staff treat you with such disdain?! Both my partner and I have noticed it. Anytime after around 7-8 the young staff members seem to hide in the back of the store, and when there's a huge queue they will finally come out. Okay, fine. But then they treat you like you're somehow inconveniencing them and treat you with contempt? Shame. Because all the other staff are lovely and the store is decent. I've just started going to the Co-op instead, their younger staff are all delightful, constantly asking you how your day has been, giving you a smile and telling you to have a good evening. Such a huge difference.

   Had a parcel go missing, and the shift manager Claire went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue with Hermes. I’ve recently moved to the area and the staff in store have been so welcoming, especially Laura who is an absolute pleasure to speak to and amazing with customers! Fab service guys!

   Miserable kid behind the counter who had no idea how to use a mask or have any manners. Also eating without washing his hands between customers. I even had to shut the fridge doors for him because he couldn't be bothered.
