   I started bringing my Havanese Pepper to the Parsons Green Le Wag from when he was 12 weeks to ensure he gets used to the groomers. I’ve been really impressed with the team and found it a really good experience. Pepper seems to really enjoy visiting and always leaves looking good and smelling lovely.

   Thank you Sacha and team for being so friendly and patient with Kenji, who has only ever experienced grooming at home and can be nervous with new people. During bath time (and blow-dry), Emma was so gentle with him, and Kenji even chinned (and kissed) her during his first ever blueberry facial. Sacha was kind enough to teach me how hand-stripping should be done on a Miniature Schnauzer, and shared tips on how to maintain Kenji's coat at home which I appreciate very much! We really enjoyed visiting both Parsons Green/Fulham and Belgravia branches - you can tell how much thoughts and care have gone into both salons. We can't wait to visit again soon!    I brought my cat here and am very pleased with the experience. He’s never been professionally groomed before and he’s a very shy/anxious cat so I was a bit worried, but the results were lovely! He had lots of matted fur so they needed to shave him, but he’s a much happier kitty now!

   Yesterday came for groom my dog 11 years old, I was surprised with the service, I very liked to see what's going on behind the glass wall, they give a lot of attention and kindness for every dog, my Yorkie has a great haircut like never before, blonde Ukrainian girl she's groom my dog.    i have a cocker spaniel puppy and was terrified he may be too naughty for his first cut when we picked him up he came out looking a million dollars the staff are amazing and noticed a injury on my puppies foot (that i knew before i brought in he had) but the vets had missed unfortunately due to his hairy feet ;( took a big load of my mind thank you. The staff helped us with all our puppies needs as i did not have the right fitting coat or harness now he is safe and looks cool .

   Had an amazing experience at Le Wag last week. Brought my dog Spencer to be groomed and always nervous of bringing him somewhere new as some groomers don't know how to deal with his fur and always cut him too short. The staff at Le Wag were so friendly, so accommodating too. Spencer gets very anxious and they handled him great. I also ran behind to pick him up and it wasn't a problem. Honestly couldn't rate them enough.
