    Popped in the shop yesterday. As my daughter would like a hamster. The gentleman at the counter was fantastic really knowledgeable and helpful. I was really impressed.     Judging for the comments there seems to have been no improvements made to the wellbeing and welfare of the animals in this pet store. Quite frankly, this is actually just heartbreaking. No toys, no space, no decent food (or any at all from what I can see) and absolutely no quality of life. 24 hours a day like this in a windowless shop until someone pays the £60 for it. If they ever do. Sort it out Time for Pets. This is disgraceful.

    Visted store today the smell in the store was appalling, poor rabbit was in the smallest cage and kept in the dark. All the cages/tanks were inadequate size, extremely small. One big fish was stuck in a ornament and was being left to suffer. Very bad experience…avoid.

    I love coming here to buy my hamsters who are well taken care of and the staff here and very friendly and helpful so if your looking for a hamster I would highly recommend buying them from here.

    Very good pet shop . Stocks items for all pets. Also sells tropical fish. And small animals like mice. There are toys for birds cats and dogs. Also cages for birds mice and rabbits etc.

    Good all round cafe, stylishly decorated in a light and airy style. Welcoming staff and a good selection of lite lunch options. We just fancied coffee and cake during a quick shopping trip. The food orders going out looked very tempting so I will be trying them again. The coffee was good but quite weak, I do prefer a more fuller bodied blend but that's just my preference. I will ask for a double shot next time. Best place in Bromley.

    Rabbits are kept in the smallest of cages, no room for binkies or zoomies. Plenty of space in the shop to expand their pen size but choose to put empty cages there instead. I wish pet shops would stop advertising putting bunnies in cages and promote free roaming, they live much happier and joyful lives this way.
