   I didn’t order a taxi but on May bank holiday Monday 26th a polish driver I can’t remember his name helped me with my car that broke down at 11pm in the rain in melksham on the way home from his shift when others just looked and carried on without stopping Thank you so much for your help Very nice polite and helpful person I would recommend him for pick ups if he’s willing to stop in the rain for others then he’s worth a shoutout

   Why pick a job then don't show up and no communication. Now I got late for work yet i booked a day early just for the taxi not to show up this morning and not picking calls.So unprofessional. If there was a zero rating your company deserves it.

   Called a couple of times multiple occasions I’ve had abuse over the phone and said I would get a taxi never turnt up rather get money than think of their customers definitely would not go for them again absolutely avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   This company came up top-rated on a quick search for Trowbridge taxis, when I needed to shave some time off a trip into work I would otherwise have been late on. Their online listings feature pickup from the local railway station, and this worked well, with one waiting for me right outside. The driver was pleasant, polite, and concise, and the journey was smooth - a combination of driver skill and quality suspension, I think. In line with most other taxi companies, this is a cash-only service, although they will also accept bank transfer via mobile banking apps. I didn't have that, so he was happy to drive me to a cashpoint at the beginning of the trip.
