   Lovely local taxi company. Booked them for the first time for bringing us home early New Years Day after a New Year's Eve party. Booked up a month or so ago, booking was easy, was able to call them directly, didn't take long for the call to be answered and was greeted by a friendly voice. Had confirmation of booking by text. Was also able to know approximately how much that journey would cost in advance which was really helpful. Called a day or so before New Years Eve to check everything was still ok with my booking, I worry about things like that. Was reassured that everything was fine. Received confirmation during the evening of New Year's Eve just after we came into 2026 that our taxi was on its way. It provided clear details of our taxi and the tracking was clear and accurate. Great driver communication wise, thanks Abdul! And we arrived home safely and without any fuss. I would most definitely use Club Cars again. Thank you to everyone who was involved in my booking.

   Life savers. I was at Heron foods on East Street this afternoon and an elderly lady was having a struggle getting a Taxi to get home to Knowle West. This 87 year old lady, who is hard of hearing, frail and cold has been a loyal customer to YELLOW CABS for many years. She became very distressed. We waited together and the Staff and many others became concerned. Staff provided a chair and footstool and support and kept working and trying to deal with the shoplifters. A Gentleman, coming through the tilll came to our assistance and rang for us around 16:30 and arranged the Taxi for Jean and even arranged the price at 10 pounds and gave This lovely respectful, gracious lady 10 pounds to pay for it. Your driver was so polite and helpful. You are all hero's. Thanks to everyone for the service today. Millie 10 out of 10 Club cars.

   My mum regularly uses Club Cars as she can’t drive and public transport is sometimes not as reliable as she needs for medical appointments. The office staff are always very helpful. The cars always turn up as booked and their text messages keep you up to date with the progress of your taxi which helps her to be ready. Their drivers are always kind and helpful, and ready to assist my mum as she has mobility issues. She never feels pressured or rushed and they make sure she is able to get her seat belt on. She recommends them without hesitation.

   Was left stranded in by another firm and Uber “couldn’t connect me to a driver” and I urgently needed to get to the hospital, ClubCars sent a driver straightaway and picked me up in 10 minutes, the driver Hassan was amazing and understanding during my moment of need, will definitely be using them again!

   Do not bother with club cars. they take a prebooked time as a suggestion at best. caused me to miss connections and added significant delay at the end of a 6 hour journey. just get a hackney carriage

   Very Highly Recommend! I booked a collection from Bristol to Yate at 1am on Saturday morning, was given a price over the phone very reasonable, then received a text confirmation of my booking. At 12:30 that night I received a text to say my taxi was on the way with the details of the car, the driver rang me to say when he was outside, the drive home was great the driver was friendly and chatty (I forgot the drivers name though as I was quite drunk!) he charged the exact amount I was given. All in all a quality service and I won't be using any other taxi company in future!

   My sister needed to go into hospital urgently . I don’t live near her so I ordered a taxi and said how urgent it was. Club cars sent someone immediately. However, the hospital then called to say they were sending the paramedics and an ambulance so I had to cancel the taxi. He was only 3 minutes away from her address. I offered to pay for his time which he said they normally would take for a non pick up but because of the circumstances and the worry he said he wouldn’t take a fee. He wished my sister a speedy recovery. It made me cry he was so nice. Thank you Club Cars I would definitely recommend you to anyone.
