    LONG HAIRED GERMAN SHEPHERD to this place for a groom asked not to cut hair unless it really needed it. Hair was cut all around back legs and under the chest. Nails to be trimmed, Not done. When on collection, dog was still wet. This is after having the dog for almost two and a half hours. Paid a premium price too. After drying naturally. Smelt like a dog that had been out in rain.Clearly the man shouldn't be doing the job as a groomer...the person who done her there last time... with no problems. Ana, unfortunately has left the shop who was a very good dog groomer. Soŕry pet place its Time to go elsewhere.

    They cancelled my dogs appointment half hour before his appointment saying the groomer had walked out ,when asked for another appointment was told none available for a while ,my dog had been with them for years ,yet when my friend phoned she got appointment straight away ,just don't understand it,ps im the lady with the king charles cavalier roli

    Great local pet shop and groomers. My Cavapoo has been groomed here since a puppy and the ladies who own and work at the shop are very friendly and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work

    Took my 3 month old kitten Freyja, a Maine Coone/Persian Chinchilla cross and has very long and fluffy fur, to them as she had a couple of knots/matts in her fur. They were friendly, polite and professional. They took Freyja and did an excellent job in dealing with the knots in her fur and giving her a general groom. When I collected her, her coat was in a lovely condition. Will happily bring her back in future.

    I could not find a groomer in my area and then a friend recommended the pet place . They was very helpful and polite and my dog came out looking fab and wasn't to stressed as he as been from passed groomers ....happy so is scooby
