Had a christening party at this place. It was very well done. The staff was great, the room was tidy and well set up for us. The parking is just over the road, but it's not for everyone. We didn't stay overnight because we were using the function room.
Cheap and cheerful. Rooms are clean, bed comfy. Tea and coffee in room. Shared toilet and shower rooms and the the Boss, Jackie is lovely.
The location for the Piece Hall and town centre is perfect. Parking is very limited and awkward but there is a cheap Town parking opposite at only #9 a day. The rooms were basic but fine although being in the attic were very height restricted, having to sit on the floor to make a brew. All things considered fine for one night to go to the Piece Hall.
Amazing night for my partners 30th party highflying recommend, staff were amazing and so helpful, DJ was provided and was amazing throughout the night will be back for definite! Jackie was class!
Very friendly staff. Rooms clean and linen clean. No food. Okay for a night stay in Halifax 5 minutes from centre. Small car park.
I will definitely not be back at this pub as the manager is homeafobic and she sticks up for people when they are in the wrong as me and my lass was attacked and she let the girls that attend me and my lass back in the pub but yet bared us she is a coppers friend as well as when it was lock down she was having party's would definitely not let any of my family say here
Situation above a pub so nobody on site after closing times. Basic bit more than adequate albeit show was temperamental. Tea and coffee making facilities. Towels shampoo and soap provided. TV. It was quiet to say on a main road and in a pub setting. Small carpark to the rear
Visited for a deaf gathering. Wonderful staffs. Patience with us. Could do with lick of paints in some area but the raising cost of the bills. Still lovely place to call and chat. Good drink prices too
