   Uk based, Our senior golden started knuckling when walking and was recommend this company for the anti knuckling maximus boots, hefty price tag but we would pay anything to assist in his golden years, we ordered what we thought were right size only to find out we were wrong! After emailing the uk agent was surprised to receive a call from someone in the US to discuss, take pictures, and settle on a size that would suit. 8pm on a Saturday night I really cannot recommend this company enough, happy to discuss our boys needs and make sure we got the right size, when replacement came a quick message to check size and fitment with them and prompt reply, I cannot, repeat cannot say enough about this company, they really care to make sure the product is right for your beloved pet, yes they are expensive and havnt had opportunity to properly test but seem well made and feel a quality product, but the customer service and experience is second to none, thank you zoomadog!

   I recently bought a pair of RexSpecs for my springer Spaniel. She is a picking up dog with no boundaries or fear, and regularly returns with thorns all over her face and scratches around her eyes. In order to protect her (and my bank balance from vet bills) I did some research and found RexSpecs to be a good brand. Zoomadog stock them for a very reasonable price, so I bought a pair. Very easy to order with lots of guidance. They arrived very quickly and were well packaged. We trained in them for 2 weeks before using them in the field and they have been a game changer. Thank you. Highly recommend the googles and Zoomadog for being such a great store, easy service, efficient, quick and well priced.

   The boots have been amazing. Bella broke her foot very badly and it’s taken two years to mend satisfactorily - I only used the one boot as this seemed to give her the support she needed. But it has been fantastic and really helped us both! The incredibly detailed construction and style are a great testament to the research and care you must have put into the design of both types of boot, as both the waterproof boots and the summer boot have played an important role in her recovery and both Bella and I are very grateful to your ingenuity and expertise.

   My dog slipped his disc and was in a very bad state, the vets were quoting £2000 for an MRI scan to see if they could do a £6000 operation… I found zoomadog online and saw their back brace whilst we were giving him medication and waiting for his review from the vets,the back brace saved him, it worked wonders, he can now run about again after only 2 days of having it on, it supports his back and prevents him flexing the way that causes damage! Amazing! He can also sleep in it comfortably too! Definitely worth the money!

   I don't know where to start. i ordered a back brace for my dog, when i received the item i was shocked at the poor quality, especially considering how expensive it was, i found others better made for £25 elsewhere. However i contacted the company and they at first were decent and said a refund was fine, I packaged the BRAND NEW item up and dispatched it with recorded delivery. The Item was dispatched exactly as it arrived to me, but they then emailed me to say they would not refund as it had a small split. I can only assume this is from postage or a faulty item. Or worse, an attempt to avoid a refund. Needless to say I am appalled at the service and decency displayed. Avoid the over priced poor items and source elsewhere.

   We bought a dog shoe from Zoomadog and returned it as we'd got our measurements wrong. We ordered a larger size which was a good fit, but it just didn't work for our dog so we had to return it too. They refunded us on both occasions without any fuss, just a pleasant letter and confirmation of the refund. Recently we bought two items one day apart, paying approx £5 postage for each item - so £10. Straight away we received a refund of £5, as they were able to post them together. They didn't need to do that and some companies wouldn't have bothered. I think Zoomadog is big on customer care and therefore have no hesitation recommending.

   I recently found out my dog has abnormal bone growth in his lumbar as well as ostosis arthritis in his sacral lumbar, so I decided to research what products are available when I come across Zoomadog that do a “lil back bracer” I contacted Zoomadog where I then spoke to Joss to see if I could pay instalment plan as this product is quite expensive which after speaking to Joss we set up payment plan (this helped me so much) it meant that my dog could have item a lot sooner to help support his condition! Their was an issue on the sizing as the measurements that should of fitted was a medium which on trying once arrived was too small (I have shiba inu they are not big dogs) so medium measurements should of fitted, however after trying I contact Joss and she was happy for me to return item to try large size which when arrived does fit my dog perfectly has snug fit but enough to place hand between “lil back bracer” and my dog! He wasn’t to happy at first refused to walk with encouragement he then realised he can walk, sit, lay down with this brace on, it will take him time to get use to it however now I know his spine will be supported! The customer service & contact has been efficient, Joss has meet my dogs needs & assisted to payment plan that suits regular payments until item is paid off win win thank you Joss
