Very friendly staff. Karen on reception was excellent. Made me feel very welcome. The room I was in was a decent size, comfy bed, good water pressured shower. Good location and much better value than a neighbouring hotel. I will stay again.
A nice comfortable clean chain hotel. Convenient access to/from M62. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only point to note is that there is no on site dining. Breakfast, if requested is a hot roll and a hot drink. Not ideal, but will not stop me using them again when I'm next in the area. Inexpensive, clean, comfortable.
Clean room which is also plenty big enough for a couple of nights away. Staff were extremely friendly. 5mins drive away from bars and restaurants. Car park has plenty of spaces. Although the hotel is just off the motorway, there is no traffic noise
Chose this hotel after reading good reviews and was nearby to where I needed to be Was pleased I had the opportunity to experience it too. Clean nice hotel located in a quiet area. Plenty of parking and breakfast options too although I ate out.
Had a great stay. Room was adequate for our needs and very clean. Staff were friendly. Shower was excellent. Ideally situated for our stay. The room looked out onto the motorway but due to the double glazing did not stop us sleeping.
Getting a little tired but better value than the Prem. Already booked two more stays, so can't be too bad.
Convenient location and ideal for a couple of nights stay. No in-house restaurant but a good pub right next door. Comfy bed, friendly staff. Breakfast is only pastry and coffee to grab and go. Would use again if I'm in the area as it is great value overall.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Nasty smell drains or damp in the first room given so asked to move, you can hear the motorway but not too loud. Good size room
The hotel is excellent value for money. The room was very comfortable especially the bed and the shower was nice and powerful. The staff were very helpful It was a convenient location for working near the town centre only about 10min drive away. Although I had a room facing the M62 the sound insulation did its job and I didn't even notice any noise from it. The breakfast was fairly basic but ample, I got a brown paper bag containing a pain au chocolate, croissant, porridge, fruit, fruit juice and biscuits. There is a pub next door that does excellent evening meals with a good selection of drinks
Extremely poor customer service. Our room was double booked and my young kids walked into 2 strangers in their bed. I felt extremely scared and distressed, especially at the thought of other guests having access to our room. We were made to wait until 3 in the morning whilst the staff failed to come up with any solution, eventually resorting to us all being crammed into one room. Only after I chased up the hotel manager Wayne did he eventually acknowledge the seriousness of the situation and the huge safety risk involved. No explanation was provided and the lack of sympathy truly ruined my experience with this hotel. Never again.
