   Amazing atmosphere and owners, they always have the time to help, even when we had an emergency they replied to my messages out of hours several times. Above and beyond service, and very relatable and understanding. I've brought a lot of new and varied family additions and the continued help and advice I get well after purchase is refreshing and the only place this has EVER happened. The owners are extremely lovely and approachable and Lord Tucker is the icing on the cake. Every experience above and beyond. Thank you

   What a wonderful shop, with such lovely, polite, knowledgeable staff. I have purchased a new tank and fish from The Aquarium and as a total newbie I have no idea. Within a couple of days I knew I'd done something wrong when one of the fish was upside down (i know they don't do backstroke). I went to see the lady in the shop and not only did she help me with the water treatment, they filled up bags with their water and even talked the tank clean through after a rew weeks. Thank you so much and your dog gives such a lovely additional welcome.

   The woman working seemed very patronising and rude when i came in for help for my fish. Not only that but i felt so rushed with my service and just bought the first thing i saw. The shop itself is nice but owners need to understand that not everyone is fully educated on everything about fish and they’re trying their hardest to care for them. Customer service could be A LOT better, quite disappointing as shop is the nearest to me.

   A very kind and knowledgeable team. They will tell you what to do and what is right for the fish even if it doesn’t fit in with your plan - I thought my fish tank was good-to-go and wanted to add more fish, but was advised to hold off another week or two and check the tank water again before adding more fish – very sage advice and actually much better for the fish. This is my 2nd visit to them - about a 20 minute journey for me. I shall be going back in to get my tank water retested and hopefully add fish to keep my sole fish happy. Recommend these guys.

   The woman owner was completely and utterly rude used foul language has no idea of business skills in the slightest and treats general public like absolute trash I advise people never to use the shop there are better shops in the surrounding areas

   Wonderful and very helpful people. They've guided me through the set up of a tank, with sound and bespoke help you wouldn't get online. The fish and indeed all products are well looked after and there's a lot of choice. I got Harlequin Rasboras and Tetras, plus loads of plants... And thanks to great advice all thriving. And i'll be back for more very soon!
