    Ordered my couch in May with a 12/14 week lead time 20 weeks later - still not received couch, partial refund given was happy to wait further as had waited so long at this point. 28 weeks later - order cancelled as suppliers shut down and full refund Additional star given as the lady was nice and apologetic, offered us a full refund, a partial refund and a temporary couch whilst we waited in the interim
