   Customer service was amazing, was a little skeptical as you cannot phone them but I placed my order anyway as they had the medication my dog needed and even my own vet were finding it hard to get a hold of this medication. Prices were much cheaper too. Had an email regarding the prescription within 2 hours. They were so helpful and quick at getting back to me. Paid extra for next day delivery as I needed the medication fast and was deliver the next day. Much faster service than the last place I used that took over a week to arrive. Would definitely recommend and use again.

   This company is shocking they charge us over the odds for delivery my items never arrive on time I paid 24 hours tracking and they blame Royal Mail so why charge that much if they cannot guarantee ! You cannot call them either so customer service is nil it’s better to pay slightly more for yr medicines and go with a company that can deliver ! I had items which are urgent and they have not been delivered in time and not sent from the company in time ! I’ve requested a refund and still not heard from them as I’ve had to go to my local vet and buy the products again . I actually would give this company 0 stars not even one. Totally dissatisfied I will not order from them again don’t be fooled by the cheaper price ! Just go eise where how can you not even have a customer service number ?!! Give a wide berth if you care for your pets

   Ordered some Thyronorm medication for my cat from pet counter as local vets charge double, ordered late Thursday after waiting for prescription from our vets for 2 days and medication came this morning, delivered by royal mail with an extra treat for out cat. Excellent service, I wonder if I can put his other items on same prescription (£13 for script) as vets charge £28 for provecto flea treatment when pet counter charge £18 roughly. But once again excellent service by Pet Counter. Happy customer :)

   Absolutely brilliant service. My usual supplier was out of stock so checked on line. Glad I did, i ordered late Monday evening, had email to say dispatched Tuesday morning, arrived Wednesday morning with complimentary cat biscuits and cheaper too. Will definitely be buying from pet counter again. Thank you excellent customer service.
