    Aweful delivery service. My wardrobe and chest of drawers were damaged in transit, a forklift damaged them. When I tried to refuse delivery as damaged I was told I couldn't. I refused to sign for goods, driver abused me and dumped goods on my drive and drove away. I complained and was told they could uplift the order and redeliver in 4 to 5 days. I got an uplift date of 4 days. When I asked what day redelivery would happen it turned out to be 2 weeks. I asked to cancel order and was told I will be refunded once uplift is completed and received back. So 5 working days after they receive the damaged goods back. They were paid 2 weeks before delivery. So will have hold my cash for 4 weeks and mo goods. Order value was Β£505.00. Be warned the customer service is appalling and the delivery service is expensive.

    It’s a really nice shop where you can find a wide range of furniture for your home at great prices. Right now, they’ve reduced prices by up to 70%! It’s especially a good place to buy wardrobes, chairs, drawers, small tables, rugs, coffee tables, TV benches, armchairs, dining tables and chairs, sideboards, and much more. I highly recommend this place!

    I had a great experience in store. I bought a garden sofa set and, when I unpacked it, I realised that one of the pieces is broken. I took it back the next day and Julie was ever so helpful. Not only did she replace it, but she checked all the other pieces to make sure they were not damaged. Every company gets it wrong once in a while, but how they solve the problems is what really matters.

    A bit of a tip to be fair. Upstairs is a mess. Too much space given over to tat. Not sure I'd risk buying anything substantial like furniture. Store probably needs to be bigger. Nothing a good sort out wouldn't fix

    β€œPLEASE READ” A multinational store with such bad store staff the manager at Coventry has no etiquettes of speaking to a customer, I had bought a sofa my first and last purchase from this store, for which I lost the receipt and we had to take it without the boxes as we had to take it in the car none of the staff told that we will get it delivered or you might want to keep the boxes just in case you change your mind. Sofa not being comfortable which we spent Β£350 on we wanted to change, called the customer service let them know we didn't have the receipt, the website says we can return a item anytime, and if we do not have the receipt they would give us a credit voucher which we were okay with. Customer services told we are okay to take it to the store we bought it from, and he had confirmed with us in writing and also confirmed the same with the store. We went in with our sofa. Store manager refuses to take it as we didn't have receipt, I explained him everything and showed him the customer services email, he went on saying I have not been informed about anything as such and what not so rudely. After a lot of argument he managed to get the details from his systems which he refused to do at first and wasted our time, as we bought the sofa in, he bluntly said I can smell curries on sofa a personal comment made on us as we were Indians, Lol didn’t expect that coming from a store manager. Where as the sofa was not even used and we had not even moved into the house where the sofa was only used it a few days in that time we never cooked or ate in the same house were the sofa was lol, later he asked us he would return us only 200 pounds as we didn't have the receipt and out of boxes unassembled, so he asked us to assemble the sofa right there to give us back our 200 pounds. A β€œMulti National Store Manager” at JYSK Coventry store saying us to assemble the sofa in store for them as they thought it would be a time waste for them to do. Like really. A store that we would never recommend anyone.

    It was the first time I've been to a JYSK store and I was utterly impressed by there selection of quality furniture and homeware. The prices seemed very reasonable and I came away with 6 lovely dining chairs. I've already ear marked several more items and I look forward to coming back soon.

    Good quality and reasonable prices. Can find interesting decorations and furniture. The only issue I would say is that the shop is under staffed, and it always takes ages to pay for/recieve orders.
